In town visiting my grandma and had a fabulous time! Don't know why this place has such low ratings, the service was great and my pedicure massage was so long. Clean and cute space too. Would totally come back!!

My first time coming to this location and it was great! I had an appointment for 12:30 and was greeted on time. I had a basic pedicure (which was $30) and am happy with the service I received. The location is very clean and the staff was nice. I'll be going back again.

I normally Go to La Vie on 16th ave in Cedar Rapids and the owner and his wife typically do my nails and they come out beautiful. However i came Here because i received A gift certificate for Christmas. Now at my normal nail place it’s like $35 before tip. This place was a total of $75, i came in and there was only a few people there and clearly other workers who could have done my nails and just stood there talking making me wait 35 min before someone would come and start soaking my nails and then forgetting about me another half hour later and it was just ridiculous. So realistically i shouldve Just went to my normal salon, they get me in almost immediately; here’s the thing i called 20 ish min prior to see if i needed An appt and the guy who answered said no we’re not busy come in come in! All excited i head over and it took close to an hour between waiting for some on to even talk to me, and another half hour for the tips to soak off and being forgotten about. I’m on my 2nd mid week of having these nails, i didnt Bump them or do anything that would cause pain from my own direct fault. Randomly my nail bed started KILLING me! I have Stayed up late crying because the pain is so bad. I hear People say it’s the first few days. For me that was fine, but it’s now the second week and it’s like one nail and a time just starts hurting so bad i cry, and have to try and pry them off- because I’m not paying more money when i spent $75 already for my nails to hurt like hell. So first it was my pinky nail that was like last week, so one nail already being forced to come off a week after being done because of pain, then my index finger nail a few days later and now the ring finger on my left hand - here we go again. It sucks that not only was my wait time insane with workers just standing around laughing with each other, but now the pain and the price. And then they really sit and will run that dremmel machine right through your mailers safety layers because they aren’t paying attention and face timing someone in their family. Moving forward I’ll stick with my go to place, but it really sucks having spent all that money just to have to pry them off in the middle of the night because the pain and tenderness is too much to bare. Again two weeks- they’re very significantly grown out as well. I’m not sure if it’s because of the care, or I’m allergic to it, or as each day passes the pressure builds underneath and cracks my actual nail bed which is causing pain, I’d love answers as to why this has been so painful if anyone has been in this situation.

I’m a regular when it comes to this nail place. I feel like they always do a good job when I come in there with designs of what I want. I usually show them a picture of what I want and I always leave satisfied. Sometimes it takes longer than I would want and I’m waiting a while, but they’re also busy so that makes sense.

I asked for a simple French tip and at first the guy knew what he was doing but he was getting the products all over my fingers. On top of that he was burping in my face and wasn’t even saying excuse me. I could smell the eggs he had for lunch, (may be a lactose intolerant) cause he left and another lady had to clean up my nails. There very chunky and they did a very bad job. Maybe one of the cheaper salons but definitely not worth $60, will not be going back.

Aweeeeh, I feel like a celebrity every time I walk into this nail salon, making you feel so important. Now I had just gotten back from Sweden, and they took down the set I had and encouraged me towards dip for my real nails.I had gotten dip once on my nails, and they got completed ruined and chipped(not this salon), but they reassured me, and so far, so good! I love the nails. They've held up strong, and I can't imagine doing to another salon.They're absolutely amazing!!!

My nails look great when I leave, and they're always asking if I like how they look as they're working on them. If I didn't like something, they fix it right away and redo it. Friendly and amazing. I love going here!
