These ladies helped us so much during the sale of our beautiful home, starting with listening to the story our home had to share, crafting the wonderful listing and marketing that showcased the unique beauty of the home, to communicating with us through each step of the process. Heather and Amanda were utterly fantastic! Amanda Sutton went way beyond her promises to help us sell my parents' condo in Cedar Rapids. With all of us living out of state she was more like a family member to us than a realtor, helping us deal with everything--things to numerous to list. We were so thankful to have her in our corner!

I was fortunate enough to reach out to Heather regarding some land that she had for sale. We were moving in from out of state and I happened upon her, by chance. After I finished speaking with her, she graciously excepted my plea to assist us in finding a home to purchase. I feel so fortunate to have had my path cross with hers, as she went way, way, way, out of her way to help us throughout the whole journey. And by being simply kind, gracious and wonderful the whole time. She and her assistant, Amanda are amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home/land specifically, as she is a sellers agent. Which makes her even more amazing, because she helped me, as the buyer! Plus-she has an arsenal of vendors to help you with anything you might need!

Heather and Amanda have done so much for our family over the last several years. Not only has she sold me my current home but she also sold my previous home as well as my mother's home, my father's home (which was an estate property after he passed), and my brother's homes. We've recommended Heather to countless friends and family members who have also used her and been just as satisfied. She truly is the best there is and we never hesitate to call her when we have questions or need her help! Her knowledge and expertise far exceed top notch! I feel lucky to call her more than our realtor, she is a true friend!

There are no words to describe how wonderful Heather is as a Realtor. Heather was our 4th realtor in the past 10 years (hopefully our last) and by far the best. Her knowledge of the area, builders, developers, contractors, remodeling, schools, communities, and numerous other key area details are part of what makes her exceptional. She is a great negotiator and her depth of knowledge in dealing with the Derecho storm damage was outstanding. Beyond the business aspect, Heather is a friendly, calm, warm hearted and caring person. She did so much to help us feel welcomed into our new community. When we needed an advocate, Heather stepped in and fought for us and gave us unsolicited (but welcomed) advice that helped us every step of the way. She helped guide our house hunting in a natural and objective way as she made great effort to become well versed in our family’s priorities so we made the best decision for our family’s future.
