“Fantastic! I would like to give a shout out to the amazing team at the contractors desk at the Lowe's store in Cedar Rapids, IA. The experience my wife and I had with them was first class! Our salesperson Rob was so informative, patient and friendly to work with and I'm sure we drove him nuts with all questions we had as well. But you would never know it and he even made suggestions that saved us some additional money. We also had the pleasure to work with Zach the contractors desk manager when Rob was away or busy with others. Talk about an awesome guy, Zach called me to let us know the dryer from the set we ordered was recalled and when we come in he will help us pick out another dryer or set. We went the next day and Zach took us around and told us the features/benefits of other sets we were looking at compared to what we purchased. Plus, took us to other areas of the store for things we were considering to purchase, and if he didn't know the answers to our questions he brought someone over that did. He spent almost 2 hours with us helping get everything corrected and making sure it was exactly what we wanted and set-up the delivery time as well. WOWZA! We also took his suggestion and opened a Lowe's Pro account for our future home and rental properties needs. After the amazing experience we had I'm kicking myself for not going to Lowe's years earlier. Thank you Zach and the entire Lowe's contract team in Cedar Rapids for setting the bar high and exemplifying excellent customer service! You're the best!”

“I went to Home Depot to buy a Milwaukee tool as a gift for my boyfriend, along with some plants. I have gone to this Home Depot many times and for the majority I usually have a pretty good time there and am able to find the things I need. There have been some occasions where I don't find what I'm looking for but then I usually talk to someone working there and figure out where I can get what I'm looking for. Staff at this store are usually extremely helpful. Also, the store is pretty well-organized and clean. And in addition, they have a great Garden Center. I know I will return at some point again to this store! Overall, great experiences at this Home Depot!!”
