So I am happy my wife quit her job at Gwen's Pet Grooming.That place is terrible. My wife came home crying all the time after getting off work. They are lucky they are not men or I would be in jail. No one should ever be treated that way. I will never bring a pet of mine in the future to Gwen's Pet Grooming. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that place loses all their business. They do not deserve a good person like my wife. Stay Away people I have heard some horror stories, but see for yourself if you want to. We will be alright. It doesn't hurt us anyway. The money my wife made was just extra money. None of it went towards the bills anyway. Go elsewhere for all your Pet Grooming Needs.

Wish I would have read the reviews for this horrid place before I took my dog there. There were multiple issues I had with the place, one big issue being I got my dog home and she had 4 nicks on her belly!! Nothing was ever disclosed to me about that and after reading reviews on here after the fact, sounds like this is a common issue with the place. My dog has NEVER been nicked at other grooming businesses. Secondly, if you don’t literally drop everything you are doing and come and pick up your dog when they are done, they literally harass you by calling you repeatedly and from different numbers, as if that’s going to make someone answer the phone when they are WORKING. Will I be bringing my dog there ever again? Ha! Nope! There are plenty of other groomers in town that will be more professional and loving to my dog. Word of mouth is very powerful. I’ll be telling everyone NOT to bring their loved pet here.

plan on getting calls and bullied to remove posts if you leave a negative feedback. I highly don't recommend taking your dog or any animal here.

I took my purebred ShihTzu in for a grooming as my regular groomer is recovering from a fall. i am extremely disappointed and will never go back there again; this dog had a beautiful long tail and he came home with less than half his feathers. Need I say more?

I've had terrible experiences with groomers at the chain stores handling my dog. After a horrifying situation, I decided to look local and found Gwen's. These wonderful peeps give my dog lots of loves while she's there and she always looks cute when she's done. I know my dog is safe while she's there and that they'll take exceptional care of her. I usually purchase the spa package, which is reasonably priced, in my opinion, and she really looks great when I pick her up. Gwen and her crew get 5 stars, four yeses, and a bunch of Kudos from me and my doggo!

If I could give it a no star review I would they cut my cat in a few different places. Said they didn't. After Gwen saw the pictures she said she would help with vet bill and she never did. So after my cat getting Gwen's service and the vet service I'm out $100 plus from the vet. BECAUSE GWEN CUT MY CAT

I have called this place twice, once a few years ago, and once last week and both times left a message and received no return call. I would've been a new customer, looking to have my shih tzu regularly groomed there.They have a lot of people that recommend them so I'm sure they're great once you can get in, but obviously their customer service could use some work.

We’ve taken our two shih tzus there twice and both times they did a great job. Tonight they gave us little ornaments with their pictures in them which is so sweet. It was especially timely because one of the dogs is older and I’ve wondered if I should save a lock of her hair just in case, and her ornament had her fur in it!Everyone was super friendly, and we had a new groomer this time around, I believe he said his name was Frederick. He was very sweet and nervous because he was new. We’ve all been new and I hope he realizes how much we appreciated his kind soul. I even forgot the ornaments and he called to let me know and put them up so I can retrieve them tomorrow!

Gwen was excellent with Kat, her shop was so clean and not like any place I’ve been before. The staff were all very helpful and courteous.

Best grooming shop around . Smells so good when you walk in cleanest shop Ihave ever been in . My Goldendoodle loves Gwen. She does a wonderful job.

Very expensive and I don't like the way they clipped my golden retriever. Especially because the cut her whiskers. I believe dogs need those for spacial reasons. She's already fell once.

Took our mini Goldendoodle in for grooming and they were kind and efficient during check in and check out process. Haircut looks great, they did a great job.
