I love the Goodwill stores cuz you never know what you'll find in them and there's always great deals to be had no matter what you're looking for. It seems to be a much bigger operation than where I'm from back home in Rhode Island on the East Coast. I like that they're around to help people...

Tried to drop off a nice bookshelf. Elane told me to take it somewhere else. Went across the road to salvation army. I asked if they needed it and they replied "we will happily take any donation".

Came up here because they took Reboot away from Iowa City.It gets two shelves up here. Not even half the space it got down there - and they didn’t need two shelves for what they had for sale today. A tub of cords, a tub of corded mice, a couple of monitors and a couple of way out of date towers.The parking lot was terrible, the shoppers tended to be either pushy or oblivious, the store set up doesn’t encourage traffic to flow at all, and I kept having to jump out of the way of employees who couldn’t say excuse me.I’m at a loss as to why Reboot moved up here for less space. I won’t be back. Love Goodwill, but not this location.

If you’ve been a goodwill shopper for a while you will have noticed their prices skyrocketing over time and getting ridiculous. I see I’m not the only one complaining about it either.

Do NOT shop here! They sell broken stuff and won't accept returns or exchanges. Bought a computer keyboard and when I was paying for it the cashier literally told me I had 3 days to return if it didn't work. Well the keyboard didn't work 100% and only half the keystrokes registered. I brought it back with a receipt within 2 days and they refused to allow me to return/exchange it, stating they don't take back keyboards. Then WHY did the cashier tell me I could bring it back if it didn't work within 3 days?!?!?!? I would have NEVER bought it without testing it, if I had know I wouldn't be able to return/exchange it. Staff need to be retrained and this Goodwill needs to STOP selling broken stuff.

This is one of my favorite goodwill’s to shop at the staff is friendly and very helpful I have found some really nice kid clothes, a tv stand and MK bags here. Definitely check it out you won’t be disappointed.
