Had my truck over 4 weeks. No communication unless I called them. Always said they were waiting for "the Ford expert". They charged me $265 and my truck is still the same except now dead battery. What a waste of time and money. Dont recommend.

They went above and beyond any mechanic I've ever met in Cedar Rapids I went in just for a tire change on the rear of my motorcycle and my throttle was messed up a little bit they fixed it I'll be back

Took my suv in for repair . (Water pump)They called me and explainedto me w&at was the problem and what theycould to fix .and the cost to repair up front .no hidden cost. .very frinfly and comfortable to talk to .about what was going to happen with problem if not fixed. I was at Casey's on 16th Ave, and the gentleman as he was getting out of his truck informed me my tire was flat, and it definitely was. He let me know that he could squeeze me in for a flat repair and for a reasonable price. I got my car down there and was in and out in a flash!
