Very professional...on time did the water meter replacement and moved the reader from one side of the house to the other..Both technicians was courteous very knowledgeable... I would recommend Ferguson for your plumbing services or parts needs... Thanks

Needs some streamlining. The product was great and everyone was friendly but everything just took so long. Each step felt like it took ten times longer than it should. Calling support and sitting on the call for 20 minutes just to check an order status. My pickup at 9am not being ready till 2pm. Literally holding the pickup item in my hand waiting at the counter for 15 minutes just to get a receipt.

Really disappointed. My wife and I drove an hour as we were recommended to go there. We were on the showroom for 20 minutes and no one helped us. We had a toilet and vanity picked then decided to leave as no one helped us.

Called in trying to find a water heater part. The gentleman on the phone was a great detective in tracking it down even when the number on the part didn't match the parts listing of it and when the name for it my husband was given wasn't the right name. Not only that, they had it on hand so we could get back into hot water! ? It wasn't a convenient location for us being so far down on the southside, but they sell to the public and offer a wide array of plumbing parts. Grateful for a quick solution.
