FedEx is the WORST. I have had at least 4 signature required deliveries in the last few years and they NEVER knock/ring bell and then just mark the package as "undeliverable". I work from home and have ALWAYS been here when they do this.

FedEx always delivers when my apartment office is closed so the package always gets rejected. After three attempts, it will get sent back. It’s impossible to receive a FedEx package at my apartment because of their terrible service. Then when I call FedEx support to hold a package at a location they always tell me they can’t do it. FedEx is a terrible company and I wish companies would not use it to ship their supplies.

They held my package there so I wouldn't it still in again from my neighbor to steal everything outside of my door. I thought that was really great that they had that service for free however about a four pack of pens while I was there because I really liked him and the colors were awesome. almost $13 then I saw the same package at Menards a half hour later for $6. Unnecessarily overpriced

The Cedar Rapids FedEx sucks . Sick of having packages delayed for no reason especially when I have another package that I is scheduled to arrive the same day as a another one but doesn’t show up with the same one like how do they miss that what a complete joke.
