First off, they tried to deliver my package at 10:30 am 2 days in a row. I am working. The notes didn't have a number on it to call the deliver person to see when I was available or reschedule the delivery so that I could sign for it. When I called to have it held at a store in town I was informed that it would be delivered on 2/17/24. Got a text that said they couldn't deliver it because no one was there. The delivery place was a business open from 8-8. Then I was told that it would be at that store on 2/19/24. It's 2/20/24 and no one can seem to get a hold of anyone at the local shipping to find out where my package is and I haven't had a text message since 2/17/24. NOT HAPPY. Pretty sure FedEx has stolen my package. I personally will never choose to use FedEx. EVER!

Drivers are not fallowing customers instructions. My $900 package was suppose to be delivered to front of the house front porch where it would be safe and secured and out of the snow and rain but they drivers keep delivering my packages to back of the house steps where bad neighbors can break or steal and not protected from the weather. This is not executable!

So my package has been delayed since Wednesday because of the weather, no estimated delivery date even though its been sitting in Cedar Rapids for 4 days....I have watched all the other delivery companies out delivering everyday and literally watched Fed Ex deliver to my neighbor today but drove right on by my house. All I can say is its a good things I didn't have meds I was waiting on.

Worst deliveries the past 5 days! Shame on you for ever attempting to present a package to any address like the posted pictures!!! You just have to remember that customers like us shop and keep your business going and pay your paychecks! Handle customer’s package as if it was yours or get the heck out this business and go sit at home and be worthless at your own house and dime! Kids shoes missing in one package! In another, the entire outside box, the content box (shoe box), and the black dress shoes inside the two boxes were delivered fully wet, as it was dropped in the river or a pool, and then ran over by the delivery truck!

They could learn that some apartment buildings have two entrences, hopefully they can learn from their mistakes because I had a package delivered to the wrong side of my apt bldg

FedEx doesn’t give a darn when your package shows up…. They’ll delay and delay it until they just happen to get to it before they clock out at exactly 8 hours. Bogus. I won’t be using this company for a letter

My daughter works here they have excellent pay, she loves the hours even though they're part-time, and they're pretty understanding when you have to call in for an emergency. Great benefits so I guess I can't say enough good things about this place.

Got hired , went to orientation , never heard anything back after that . Managers don’t answer their phones , just completely ghosted. Not to mention I never got paid for my time at orientation . These guys are crooks don’t work for them .

Delivery person from FedEx placed our package in front of our garage door. We did know it, and we ran over it, smashing several cans of cat food. Called FedEx, all they said was, "the company who sent it, would have to file a claim!" Chewy sent us a completely new order.A few days later FedEx delivered 3 large packages. This time the person didn't even bring them to the house, he sat them on the front of the island of our circle drive. Porch thieves would have loved to get them. We were out of town, but thank heavens our neighbor saw them and put them on the back porch. Our neighbor took a picture and sent it to us. If only I could show FedEx. I wish I could post a picture to show everyone. FedEx has for sure lost my business, and I'm going to tell the businesses, that the packages were from!
