I would give zero stars if I could. Can your drivers READ NUMBERS??? Every order from a company using FedEx that we have ordered from has this issue...The drivers DO NOT read delivery instructions that clearly state we are not on any map system yet as it is a new neighborhood. It states to look at the large white letters above the garage.
They keep delivering to the wrong darn house. It is a model home, nobody even lives in it and the house number is way off from our house number.
From now on, I will ask who the delivery service is and refuse to shop with that store until they drop FedEx.
It is inexcusable. UPS, DSL, Amazon and the USPS have no trouble finding the house.
You cannot even call anyone at FedEx to talk to them. That in itself is a huge red flag.

Easy drop off. Hard to find, the store is marked with several signs.

FedEx delivered a package Wed., May 29, 2024, but instead of delivering it to my front door as everyone else does, chose to deliver it behind my garage at the very back of our property — on an alley! The pkg. could have been taken, rained on, or driven over when we backed the car out. Their notation on their tracking, which I checked afterwards, said it was delivered at my back door! Not the case! I don’t live in my garage. And they’d had no instructions to do that anyway. Ridiculous.

I received a package today at 11:06 am. I let the delivery man into the building and waited at my door but he never showed up. Looking down the hall I seen a package at the door of apartment 306. I live in apartment 301. Clearly marked on the address. Can you delivery men not able to read or did not want to take the time to walk down the hall. That is much more difficult for me as I'm handicap and use a walker.

They didn't explain I needed to make an appointment to get something notarized.

Lee- THANK YOU. Your store deserves more 5 star reviews because of your problem-solving abilities and your true customer care.Situation: $300 "honey wagon" (43 gallon poop tote on wheels for camping) needed to be returned. First, note that it was sent by free shipping from Amazon via FedEx. EVERY carrier we went to said it exceeds the formula of dimensions plus weight to be able to do a normal, fee-free return. It would have cost me OVER FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS to return it because it exceeded standard shipping for USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex, yet it was delivered by standard shipping by Fed-Ex. Figure that one out. Since the box was unopened, Lee at Pak-Mail suggested we do a return-to-sender, which in his opinion was about a 50% chance of rejection, based on its size, but NO COST to me to do it or have it get rejected (and if rejected, sent back to my house). I went for it and it WORKED and I got refunded by Amazon!! THANK YOU LEE!!!!!
