I can honestly say that since my first encounter with Steve he has always been what I would describe as a "take care of business" professional. He explains details in such a way that I understand.
Whenever I have had questions, I am sometimes amazed as to how quickly he responds. I have recommended him to other family members. He is my forever insurance agent!

Conflicting results from our inquiries with Farmers directed us to take our business to a local agent.
Steve Schoenfeld, who was not our Agent of record , met with us and resolved our question's 100%. Because of Steve’s pit bull tenacity and professionalism to resolve our issues we have transferred our policies into his care and will increase our business in the future!!!

Steven Schoenfeld recently set down with me and reviewed the Farmers Insurance policies that I had on my Car, Truck and Home. He was very careful to make sure that I had adequate coverage on all the policies and showed me some areas where I could save some money. I thought he was very knowledgeable of what was needed and made sure I understood all the changes that he was recommending. His efforts saved me a considerable amount of money on all three policies and I would highly recommend him to anyone and I believe him to be a very competent insurance agent.
