Jim and Ian were very helpful. We went mattress shopping there today. Definitely worth checking out all of their products. Although we didn’t buy a mattress they have a wide variety of mattresses we were interested in and had competitive pricing and options that almost had me strap a king size mattress to the top of a small crossover. When we do have the space available we will be purchasing the mattress through them.

While I didn't end up purchasing a mattress (due to a change in personal plans), my experience in the store was great! The selection is very nice - a good variety without being overwhelming. The variety is good for different budgets as well. The gentleman working was very nice, he answered questions without once coming across as pushy or like a salesman. I recommend coming here when you are shopping for a new mattress.

Ian was very good. He definitely took good care of my mother thanks buddy. Update October 2022 stopped by the store in January ‘22 to buy new beds for my children and me 4 total had bought new furniture from Heath at CR Home Furnishings which was a great experience would have taken 8 weeks to get beds and mattresses. Since they treated my mom good I thought I’d do business with Factory Direct Mattress big mistake applied for financing was told it’s 120 days same as cash expressed my concern about a credit check because I was working with SBA on a loan for my business. Bought $2800 in bedding put $600 down balance of $2100 with same as cash that was a no brainer for me. Got notification from my bank this company taking $450 a month from my account 2 months in a row I stopped them from doing it a 3rd got a statement with a balance of over $10,000. So needless to say I have turned them in to the attorney general’s office. Watch these guys and their deceptive financing options.

Very friendly & helpful! They have wide variety of choices, easy delivery, and they really give you the time you need to decide on a bed. We worked with Kyle and she was fantastic! Highly recommend them for your mattress choices!

We were looking for a twin over full bunk bed and finally found one here! Beautiful quality of wood and sturdy. We had found an add online for $50 less than in store and Ian matched their online advertisement. He also didn't have one in stock in a box so he helped us take down the floor model so we didn't have to wait 6+ months. What a great experience!
