I went in and found out my appointment had accidentally been scheduled for the following week. They quickly found an opening for me and after a very short wait I got an amazing cut done by Morgan. She listened to my hair concerns and worked until I was pleased with every aspect.

I made my appointment over the phone. Whoever I spoke to was very kind and helpful. They sent me reminders and confirmation text messages. Also, very helpful. I got an airbrush tan. My anxiety was through the roof. That was totally on me they were patient and professional. Everything about my experience at the salon was great. The tan however was just o.k. I've gotten spray tans in a booth that looked better. I followed all the instructions, but it was very blotchy in areas and washed off quickly.

I came in for a haircut and a bit of color touch up on some front pieces.
Color: The only thing I liked. She did a good job matching my existing color and blending it. Money pieces were just what I asked for.
Haircut: Not great. I left with an accidental mullet lol. I'm going to chalk most of this up to not being able to explain properly what I want, and general lack of understanding on both sides.... HOWEVER, I left the salon relatively happy, after she styled it, until I got home and realized how terribly uneven it all was. One side of my head didnt match the other, and it was very noticeable. I called for a fix it appointment but I hated it so much I ended up fixing it myself. It's still not great and I've just resigned to wearing it up for now. I will say my stylist was very sweet.
Now. The main reason I will never be back...
While I was getting my hair done a mother and son came in for their appointment. The kid got his hair cut and mom watched, talked and asked questions. After they left; the place was basically empty. Then I got to listen to two stylists talking about their clients... she was complaining that the mother was asking questions or wanting to suggest something. She was annoyed or rather 'hates' having to have to deal with parents. She went on and on... It was super off putting to hear her being so disrespectful about a client ON THE FLOOR! If they talk like this in the open I'm not sure I want to know what is said in the back. Definitely was the final straw on an already not so great experience.

Done with this place. Got a gift card for my wife for Christmas, which took a few weeks and multiple phone calls to get. Cut to tonight, when me now seven months pregnant wife had schedule a prenatal massage for her sore back. She was looking forward to it all day and headed there right after work. When she got there, they told her the person who was scheduled to do it was sick and not there. No one attempted to call to tell her or to try to reschedule. As you can imagine, she was very distraught. Thanks for the terrible experience.

Felicia massage therapist at Elevate is wonderful. I have been a client of her's for many years now. She is compassionate and educated. Whenever I am having any issues she not only provides a great massage, but also follows up with stretches I can do to help the aggrieved area. She is top notch!

Brooklyn has very good skills--not only in her massage technique, but also her knowledge of anatomy, and injury treatments. I went to Brooklyn for some pinched nerve pain in my back and leg. Highly recommend.

My daughter came in for a haircut with Aubrey today. During the hair-washing portion Aubrey asked if she wanted to try a quick conditioning treatment, not mentioning she plan to charge her an additional $28. Thinking it was part of the normal shampoo/conditioning service, she said yes. Daughter then felt completely scammed at checkout. She’s in high school, works hard for her money and would have declined the extra service if she was told. Please let your clients know about extra charges.
