“Up until 3 days ago, i have net been in a games et cetera in 2-3 years because the one in Dubuque Iowa is rude and treats people like an inconvenience. This one, on the other hand, was nice. They made you feel welcome and that they were generally glad to see you and help. I will be returning to this store in the future.”
“i came in from out of town and i walked in looking to buy some pokemon cards and the lady with a mask immediately was snarky with me, but there was a really cool guy and helped me out and even showed me the “secret box” i am only writing a review because the other employee was very unpleasant and rude. i wish i got that guys name that was really cool because he deserves a raise. Other than that great place and cool pokemon cards.”
“Stopped to get an earphone/Mic for my work radio. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable, and provided several type choices for our radios. If you have Motorola radios or need radios, or accessories, Electronic Engineering is the place to turn.”

“We came in contact with four different employees who needed to assist us at various times while in the store. They were all professional and very nice. We recently purchased a laptop. One of the keys became stuck after a few times of using it. The sales associates made this transaction easy and a pleasant experience while completing a return and exchange.”
“Kane was AMAZING!! 10/10 stars for him!! Saved my day, was easy to work with, and made sure I understood my plan and all the changes since I switched carriers! I was however disappointed, because I ended up replacing the screen on my old phone to ensure all the data got off of it properly, so I came back the next day to have my data transferred and was told by Ava that I’d be charged 30 dollars to transfer the data when I had just bought this phone from them the day prior. I completely understand Ava was simply telling me the policy so I don’t blame her for it, it was still disappointing to find out they were going to charge me to transfer data to a phone I paid them for!
In total- 4/5, very happy with Kane and my phone however disappointing to find out they would charge me $30 to transfer data from my old phone to the new one (which I bought from this exact store) only a day later.”
“Had Emily who was able to help me solve an issue with my coverage for my broke Iphone where i was under the understanding that i had full coverage. She also explained the process of the replacement and suggested different cover plans for my next device i get. She was great and was so patient with answering all my questions. She was awesome and her customer service is through the charts. Highly recommend coming to this location!”

In my two hours in store, they were the only two employees who actually showed care and were actually helpful, the only ones on the floor really. All the others sat in the back and hid out for the whole time while they were slammed with customers. I give them both a five star. All the others… def not. “I needed my lawnmower blade sharpened immediately. I went to tractor supply to buy one and they cost $20. So I called chappy's repair and they sharpen for five dollars if you bring your blade in. $10 if they have to remove it from your lawnmower and then sharpen it. I brought it in expecting to have to leave it Overnight but the guy there said no let me do it for you right now. So within 10 minutes he had it perfectly sharpened. For five dollars. Besides repair they also sell lawnmowers. I saw a lot of used ones there push, self propelled, and riders. Maybe they sell new ones too. I don't know. But I highly recommend this place.”
