Reviews posted towards this store is valid. I came on Sunday thinking that it would be open as Google says it was going to be open and the hours were updated recently. I drove to Edible Arrangements to find out they were closed. The hours on the doors are no where near accurate of the hours online and they have the audacity to cover the closing times with a piece of paper. It seems like they don't close at the same time every day and choose when they want to close the store, which causes so much inconvenience for those who place orders online for pickup or delivery. Confirmed through previously posted reviews.

Zero Stars…My first horrible experience at this establishment. I figured that I would place an order for an arrangement for my mothers birthday after I read on their website that they offer free same day shipping. I start to place an order, but upon driving past the store it is closed with the store hours completely covered by a piece of paper. I call and no one picks up. I call customer service and they can’t get a hold of them either. I will not be spending my money here again.

Well i place an order for my mothers birthday friday. Google shows they close at 6, i place a PICK UP order at 5:30. I get off work at 5 so i have enough time to make it there and take it to my mothers place to celebrate. I get told on monday they close at 4?? Why does it say on google 6 and why could i place a pick up for 5:30? Terrible way of doing business. No wonder theres 2.8 stars, should've trusted my gut when reading the reviews

WARNING: do not depend on this store for holidays!!! I lost complete respect for this store. I placed an order for Mother's Day ahead of time for my mother in law. They cancelled my order the morning of Mother's Day! Leaving my hands tied and spending my precious morning that I was supposed to spend with my child, scrambling for an alternative option.

My neice bought an 18 count chocolate covered berries for my 60th birthday and to say I was disappointed is an understatement because all the berries covered in chocolate were soft and mushy unlike prior orders I always order for my neices and nephews.If that's how you do your customers now I won't be ordering nothing else from you.

Can’t even get their dates right on when things are being ordered to when they are to be delivered. This isn’t the only time I’ve had issues with this place. I wouldn’t give them even a star. Very very disappointed.

ZERO STARS!!! There is a reason that this place is rated 2.8 stars. And I am shocked at that. I was online trying to order white chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters 17th birthday when I called to just confirm that I would be able to pick them up at 5:15 because online it only allows me to select 5:00 as a pickup time. The gentleman working today on 4/22 at 3:47 p.m. is the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke to in regards to me purchasing from something from a store, I hope for the sake of your business you are not the owner. My boyfriend orders me arrangements from you every single month. Sometimes multiple times a month... Well he used to because we are no longer customers! If you don't want to work and customer service then you should probably quit your job??♀️I've noticed for quite sometime this is a continuous problem with the SAME guy losing the company customers so maybe actually fix the problem instead of posting on here that you'll take care of it and then never actually doing so.

I made an order online and put in my delivery date incorrectly which was my fault. I realized it right after I did it and called the store to correct it. No one answered the phone and so I called customer service who also tried to call the store and no one answered, so the guy I talked to emailed the store in hopes they would see it. I was told to call back again to see if they'd be able to get ahold of the store. I called customer service back and got a lady who I explained the situation to and she also made an attempt to call the store with no success. This scenario went on 2 more times with 2 other people and no one ever answered and they apparently never got the email which I was assured they would, because the birthday delivery was delivered that day, which was 19 days early. Frustrating.

Positive experience with this Edible Arrangements. Put in a last minute order and it was ready a couple hours early. It was an easy pickup and my clients were happy with it!

The older man answering the phone shouldn't be. First of all, he acts like it puts him out that you have the audacity to call, then when I asked about a product that was on the website, I had to repeat it 4 times before he responded with "never heard of it." He really needs to learn some etiquette and customer service or stay the heck off the phone. Won't bother with that place again.

We have ordered many times from here, always top notch service and delivery. We ordered Thank you bouquets for our neighbors who did a benefit for our 3 year daughter who is fighting Leukemia, and Kinsey, sent our sweet 3 year old a gift and the sweetest note to send her thoughts, honestly a local business people need to support! Thank you for your kindness and exceptional customer service!

Just ordered some chocolate dipped strawberries for my lady, and they did such a good job! Cant beat the free delivery, and I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about, but I had great customer service!
