I dropped my tire and they told me they would call me after work but when I got to the location to pick it up they told me I had to wait for about 2 hours, I feel unhappy with them.

If 1 store lies, they all lie....Blairsferry Rd Discount Tire lied saying they couldn't put on the same exact tire size I already had on my rim just a different brand, tried giving me some underrated spiel all cause I didn't buy their tires.....Firestone laughed and put my tires on hassle free, said wasn't sure why they told me that since everything was the same....oh and Firestone way cheaper too!!!

Just stopped there today for the first time. Incredible service. I was helped by Austin. Great sense of humor and extremely knowledgeable. This was at the Cedar Rapids location by Menards.

Bought tires at this store a year ago. Rear tires were going flat. We took the tires in and they told us the rims were bad. I took the car to my mechanic who told me the bead seals just needed to be redone. My mechanic charged me $50.00 for something dt wanted to sell me four new rims urgently.

Chris at Discount Tire was so professional, friendly and recommended I rebalance and rotate the tires. They fixed the rough ride and the truck rides great now! Because I bought my tires from them, it was all free. Keep up the great work Discount Tire!
