I bought brand new tires a year and a half ago. My passenger rear tire had grown a Tiddy and started a slow leak on the side wall. I took it back to them for a replacement and was told I had to purchase a new tire? I asked why I had to purchase a new tire? The rep told me that I didn't have a warranty on my tires. They were not even 2yrs old yet. I advised a manufacturer error. The rep told me that I MAY have hit a pothole that caused it? I advised him that I avoid potholes. He advised me that he was a tech for 30 years, and I advised him that I was a tech for 20 years and I know TIRES!! I still had to purchase a new tire, no thanks to Discount Tire. Be careful of their tires. I will be going somewhere else for better quality tires.

We put two new tires on my son's car. They were helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I would recommend coming here for any and all tire needs. We have used Discount Tire for over 20 years for all of our tire needs. We have had great experiences and have been lucky as we had a flat tire in Moab, Utah and Discount Tire fixed it out there due to the purchase of our tire at a different Discount Tire.

Was able to get in and out in a very reasonable time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Things were well explained and my options were set out and explained in a way I was comfortable making the choices I made. I would definitely be recommending to anyone who may need tires or even routine maintenance options.

Did not get my tires at their location but had issues going through Cedar Rapids. Even though the were already closed they opened back up and replaced the valve stems on two of my tires. Would highly recommend this store!

This review is long overdue. I took my car to discount tires on Blairsferry Road last year. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it at no cost. Before winter set in, I needed four new tires and this is the place I went to. The manager, Fausto Martinez, is an amazing person. He worked with me to get the tires that I needed. The staff at this location is amazing as well. Today I had to get a tire checked because one kept losing air. Whenever I purchase tires, I always purchase the road hazard for them. Well, today is one of those days that they had to replace the tire because of where the nail was, they weren’t able to repair it. I blame the construction around here for the nail LOL. My tire was free but I had to purchase road hazard again. Anyway, the cost for road hazard was way cheaper than purchasing a brand new tire. This is a great place to go and the manager and staff are amazing. I will continue to go here.

We had a flat tyre On our rental car on holiday. Budget rental On the other side of the road showed us to this shop. The service was outstanding. They plugged the flat tyre within two hours...and didn,'t want to get paid. So we left something for the tipjar for the employees. It set out Holliday only back two hours back. Friendly and helpfull owner, nice personel.

This is the second time I've had to have a nail taken out of a tire and patched. I am so grateful I got my tires here because It was easy to schedule an appointment online, come in and have the repair done relatively quickly, and have my tires rotated too. I would highly recommend!
