The worst pedicure I have had since I moved here. This elderly woman did not use cuticle softener, she did not push back my cuticles and was so scared to cut with the nippers, that I am not even sure if my toes are clean. She never filed after cutting the nails and didn't even use a base coat before polishing the nails. She took forever, yet my toes do not feel done. Will not be coming back to spend $40 to have my toes painted.

I've been here a few times before while in town with my girlfriend. They usually are pretty good about accommodating walk ins, they offer appointments as well. We stopped by today and were disappointed with our service. We did the manicure service, 3 regular and 1 dip. 3 of the 4 technicians were good and attentive. One of the technicians was on her phone the entire service. Texting in between each nail, watching TikTok videos, little regard to the service or quality of the maincure. We were told the total was 105 but were charged $120 (no that didn't include the tip). I questioned but was told that was the price. Overall started fine but walked out disappointed and dissatisfied. Lots of color options which is good. Cleanliness is on the mediocre side.

I love Avi, she does the best job on my nails, if they’re busy it’s worth the wait and the designs they’re able to do have been better than most nail salons in town.

The salon is clean , the staff is friendly and do an excellent job. I have gone to other nail salons I the past, but they cannot compare

When I first moved to CR I tried multiple nail salons and wasn’t quite convinced until I came to diamond nails! I can show them a picture of what I want and I am wow’d every time! I love the quality of their work as well! The atmosphere is always welcoming even when they are busy. Please note that nail salons are not a get in and get out so if you don’t have the time to sit and wait for a quality service try coming during a better time or a different day! I have had times where I would wait a while but that does not both me because I know I am getting a quality manicure and/or pedicure!

I just got my nails done here. The woman did a horrible job. She hurt my fingers when trimming the cuticles. The shape of the nails is very jagged and the filing is poor. She did not paint the entire nails and every nail had a gap at the cuticles. I was here last month and the woman did a fantastic job. Sadly, after today's experience I will not be returning to this location.

Went in on Wednesday 2/28 & got my nails done and it has only been 6 days and two nails fell off today while I was at work (I don’t do heavy lifting or anything as a front desk agent at a hotel), it should have lasted more than 6 days for $70. Very disappointed

I LOVE coming here. Everyone is so friendly and they take such care with everything they do. Cannot recommend them enough. Went in today for Valentine’s Day nails and was NOT disappointed. They were a little busy but the service and attention to detail makes the wait worth it.

We had an awesome time at Diamond Nails last night! Even though we were walk-ins they got us in right away. We were able to treat ourselves to manis and pedis and it was such a great experience. I loved the bright purple walls, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming from the get-go.Our nails turned out AMAZING – they paid so much attention to detail. Our manicures were spot on and both pedicures turned out great. They took the time to talk with us about what we wanted and gave great suggestions. My nails have never looked this good. Plus, the prices were reasonable for the quality.Services: Nail polish changes

I've used this salon many times, never had an issue. This is how I walked out yesterday... These do not look good. I had already sat there 2.5 hours, they were swamped wasn't going to make her redo them. Not sure if it was just a long day or if it was because the technician was working on me and another ladies nails at the same time, bouncing back and forth but these are sloppy.
