Tried Calling get the bot at all times even said I want to talk to a real person. It’s very irritating the delivery person tried to drop my item off. It’s important that I get what’s I. The package way before two it’s my bridesmaid dress for a very important wedding. I was su to have it yesterday by the end of day called several times this morning DO BETTER! Was also thinking of changing the delivery add to work address but didn’t have my waybill number like seriously!

I was notified day of that my shipment would arrive between 7pm and 9pm. I got a message at 2:12pm saying that my driver was a couple of stops away, I was downstairs at 2:14pm and by then I received notice that I missed delivery. I checked the cameras on the building with security and the driver never even showed up. I'm not even going to try to schedule redelivery with this trash company - I now have to drive 140 miles to the nearest DHL pickup location.

Driver lied about delivery attempt. I was sitting on my deck outside the door I gave directions to go to. As well as a door code IN the directions.
Customer service has given me the run around in an attempt to get it redelivered. They can't reach Cedar Rapids Shipping through email or phone number due to no answer.
This is the SECOND time DHL has pulled this.

Worst shipping company ever!! They passed me and said that they couldn't find the address and they never came to my house! they drove past and Priscilla the agent was rude and disconnected my chat while my question was not answered!.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD! Over $800 to send a packed that they GUARANTEED would be delivered and that's why it cost so much we personally keep hands on the package from here to there. Its been over a month since the alleged DOD and guess what, its missing! Not to mention they forced additional charges half way thru the transit. Oh and did i mention that the dbag that helped us send it at this location told us to LIE saying it was a value of 300 instead of the 2000 that it really values at?! So even if we do a. claim we are still out about 3k should have stayed local with usps they were only going to charge 180. I bet it would have gotten delivered to.

Worst delivery courier in the USA, they had one day where it was warm enough to deliver to Cedar Falls this week and the driver didn’t even attempt to drive up here, and my package has been held in Cedar Rapids for a week.

Getting my packages delayed due to the stupid driver not even coming to my building and just driving off, getting an update saying sorry we missed you, which isn't the case, and customer service over the phone is waaay worse that through chat. Contacted the supervisor twice and was told they will deliver it the next day and guess what same situation , now I'm told they had to schedule it the following day when I was told it would be delivered the next day which was recorded on the phone but they said there's nothing indicating that's was the case these people are unprofessional, liars and stupid at doing their job

They leave items sitting in the warehouse for days. Delivery was supposed to be 4 to 7. I could swear they said days , but it looks like they meant weeks.

The process to receive a package from DHL online is bit clunky and a little concerning with the potential fraudulent emails. I went directly to your office at the Cedar Rapids Iowa Airport. Shirley is what customer service should be like. Very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I’m at the end of my career in sales. Customer service like what Shirley gave me is exactly what all sales people dream of for our customers. Well done Shirley.

Never use DHL. Very incompetent and the customer service sucks. Pick up drivers don't know how to follow direction. Took them 3 attempts, 3 different days to pick up a package. I wish they had a negative star because they would get one from me. I'll never use them again!!

This will be my last time shipping with dhl. It’s exspensive and it’s not any faster than fedex or ups. My Parcel has been sitting for 4 days in Ohio. When I call dhl I just get a run around. Very disappointed in a delivery service that brags about being the fastest! I think you should re think your advertising. Oh by the way I’m filing a claim for a refund on my shipping and filing a complaint if you can find a human to talk to
