One bad experience after another. Our insurance switched to CVS for prescriptions and target is closest so we started going there. The people are rude and I told my to go somewhere else. When my wife refilled her prescription they gave her someone else’s meds. Fortunately she read the label. This is crazy! Do I complain to the FDA or someone?!?!

The manager of the CVS Pharmacy in the target store on Blair’s ferry rd in Cedar Rapids Iowa is very rude! When attempting to pick up a prescription there were two pock up lines so I stood waiting for several minutes when I asked if both lines were open and this manager said no only one is open so I replied that she should be a sign stating that the 2nd pick up line was closed. She continued to argue and when I went to the back of the open line she came to the window to continue arguing and then I suggested that she should drop it and go back to filling prescriptions she threatened to call store security if I did not leave immediately! When I reached the front of the line she returned with store security and would not let me pick up my prescription that was ready on the counter right in front of me!

Theyre nice and all but just godawful at their jobs. Had to change where I fill my prescription because of their repeated errors. Id estimate I've lost 10 hours of time trying to deal with their mistakes

I started using cvs because of the rewards, my phone number changed and I asked the person behind the counter to update my phone number so I could continue to get the rewards, she told me they have nothing to do with it and I have to call some 800 number but didn't provide the number. I'm going to Walgreens from now on

I had to fill a prescription today that would have cost me $500 after insurance. The lady that helped me, Sabine, asked me if I had checked on line for a coupon. I had not. She showed me where to look, I signed up and it saved me $200. Thank you CVS and Sabine!

We had to make a special trip back to the pharmacy today because my prescription was shorted by 11 pills. Going to start counting our pills before we leave the pharmacy. Nobody apologized for the mistake.

Amazing service. There is one lady in particular who can seem cold and distant at times but everyone else is super friendly and fast. Glad I'm getting my prescriptions filled here and will continue to do so!
