The pharmacy likes to read only the first 3 letters of a prescription and assume they are filling the correct one. I have tried to get migraine meds like 3 times now and each time they have the wrong thing filled.

I used their pharmacy for the first time after Walgreens pharmacy was unexpectedly closed. When I called because they only gave my brother one prescription, I encountered the rudest woman I have ever encountered in a customer service role. I can not believe they are able to stay in business with this type of treatment. I can't remember the last time I left a negative review. My jaw dropped. Awful.

CVS on Mt Vernon Road has good parking. Variety of products. Kind of pricey. Staff were helpful and check out was ok.

Applied online, called the store and the guy just says ok and acted like he didn’t care. Extremely unprofessional, and 0 acknowledgement. Told him I am very interested in being apart of the store and he turned me in the opposite direction with a terrible attitude.

Everything in the store was easy to find, and, while it was worn, it appeared to be clean and neat. The outside, parking lot and windows looked dirty and shabby.

The CVS store that I go to is in Cedar Rapids Iowa on Mount Vernon Rd. SE I have to admit that the employees that work there are really easy to get along with. Tonight I went into the store to pick up a picture that I had ordered online and the gentleman that helped me it was incredibly helpful and friendly! As you know we’re living in a society where a lot of people really don’t care about being of service to other people and he really went out of his way to do that.

I prefer to check out with an actual human, but was told that the manager recently mandated that when it is slow, that the cashiers have people use the self checkout instead. I don’t see a point of having an employee work if that is the case. Definitely going to make sure next time (now that I know) that if I am directed to use self-checkout, I won’t be making a purchase at all. If CVS HQ are trying to save $, they had best not to employ any cashiers at all.
