These people are amazing! We called them because our generator wouldn’t start and we were to be boonbocking the next 2 nights. They worked us in that afternoon and got us going. Best thing was they said it was still under warranty. Awesome friendly people! Thank you!

It's the second time in 5or6 years I've needed to have someone else find my problems on a N-14 select and both times they got me right in and found the problems in a minimal time.
They had an injector on hand, which is real rare!
Well worth the money and time spent!!

Called for parts. Wanted to order a part. Had the part number and everything. Made two phone calls. On hold the first time for over ten minutes no answer, had to hang up. Made a second call, on hold for over fifteen minutes and still on hold. Purchased the part from aftermarket. Dont care if I got a cheap non OEM part if thats the kind of service I get.

I called the repair shop to get a price on replacing a transmission because they are the ONLY place in Iowa that works on that brand of transmission. After a few days, I got a return call with the price after the service writer had a chance to talk to the mechanic that would actually be doing the work. I was quoted $2300. No problem. I will have it there in a few weeks to get it done. As soon as I got it there, the price changed to $5000 because "we didn't know how much damage was done". They didn't have any parts on that quote so when I brought it to their attention, the price went up to $6000. So now, it is almost triple the original but, like I said before, they are the only place that works on the brand of transmission in the entire state. I don't know for sure if that had anything to do with it or not. The only reason that it is a 2 star rating is because they took responsibility for a window that got broken and paid for the damages. Otherwise, it would be a 1 star. I will travel further if I need to but I don't think I will ever be back in that shop again.

We sent a feed truck to have work done. Told us it would take one day & as of today they have had it for a week. Be ready for a run around when it comes to paying also. They NEVER TOLD US that they WOULD NOT release the truck without payment so we had to send A THIRD EMPLOYEE on a HOUR drive just to take them their check. We will be taking our vehicles somewhere else to be worked on from now on. Pretty crappy when you have an established relationship with a business and they pull it out from under you. These issues need to be taken to higher management. I hope my review will help others make the decision to NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

We had an issue with our RV Generator. Called Cummins of Cedar Rapids and booked an appointment. They were able to take a look at the generator a few days ahead of time to get parts ordered and installed by the day of our appointment. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank you.

Refuse to stand behind anything and will give you the run around when you try to resolve warrantee claim. Waste of time dealing with Cummins. I'll never own another Cummins motor after this experience!
