idk what these reviews are on cuz my experience with this storage was not so pleasant rude unkind unprofessional employees a literal dead mouse smashed in the hallway AND A MOUSE RAN OUT OF MY BAG THAT I BROUGHT HOME FROM THE FACILITY smells of musty clothing and moth balls probably from the mice infestation hopefully thats the only infestation. the staff is rude the only two times i've gone in. the keypad is constantly broken my pin has to get constantly changed. just go somewhere else unless u want some new rat friends gnawing at ur things that ur paying 300 dollars for :)

I recently was the winning bidder of a storage locker auction and the unit was located at the Wiley Blvd. location. The staff were friendly and at 1st glance the facility appeared to be clean at least in hallways and office area. This however was not the case inside of the unit. The locker's contents were completely covered with mouse droppings and urine. Many of the items were chewed up and there were also mice nests present. The worst part was discovering several dead small or baby mice underneath and inside of items I was trying to load up. I thought that maybe it was a fluke and the problem could have been isolated to just that particular locker and it was my misfortune to have won it. however this was not the case. Crazily I purchased a 2nd storage locker from auction at the same facility only a few days after finishing clean out of the first. This locker was on the opposite side of the facility so nowhere close to the rodent infested 1st. And just like the 1st locker it too was COMPLETELY mice infested and was actually worse than the 1st as to not only were there mouse droppings urine and mice carcasses discovered there were also live mice inside too. Not to mention we saw one live cockroach on floor on the 2nd day of moving items out...was sooooo beyond groossssed out!. When we had gotten our first load of items to the dump that we had hauled away, which is where we decided to take everything becasue it was so soaked in mouse urine that we were not even able to donate to somewwhere like goodwill or salvation army, when we opened up our trailer we counted 5 living breathing mice trying to escape that we had unintentionally loaded and handled mind you and taken oout of the facility with us. At least in the 1st unit the mice were not alive and we did not have to deal them coming out of tubs/boxes/bags when we were handling them and scaring the heck out of us. After 2 days and 3 trailer loads of items in this condition being hauled away I decided I had had enough definity was not worth finishing under the current conditions and gladly forfeited my $100 cleaning deposit to not have to deal with the filth and finding live surprises. I have bought several storage lockers from auction in the past and have been to many different facilites going through the same process at each paying a cleaning deposit them clearing out the lockers contents. Never before have I seen a rodent problem like I did at this facility:( Was a not good experience all the way around. Staff was nice though on a positive note but I will be skipping the auctions auctioning ANY locker from this facility for sure in the future. 100% thought this info should be shared though. Dont know if whole facility is like what we encountered but that was our experience with it!
