“We killed a little time before motel check in here. Wish we didn't eat earlier, as there was a nice variety of food options. Other shopping items were stickers, Iowa towels, etc. Didn't buy anything but ok to browse. Seemed dead on a Friday afternoon. Looked better than Keg and Case Market in St Paul, MN. “I went to this Greenstate Credit Union to see what their rates were on certain accounts they had to offer. The staff working was extremely helpful and kind, as they had me wait for a very short amount of time before talking to a very, very nice and knowledgeable gentleman. The interior appeared very, very clean. Overall, a pretty decent banking experience!”

“Always helpful and friendly! Lost debit card and was happy to have a replacement in hand within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The teller was more than happy to look my account up to ensure no activity had happened on my account since the last time I had used the card. Relief! Whew. She gave me a great pen and offered me information on other services. She was polite, professional, and took safety precautions wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer available in several spots and visual reminders of social distancing marked. Have done all my banking in the last 25 years (i.e. a couple car loans, personal loans, home mortgage,etc.) Very happy with all services offered! Free checking, Free bill payer, Free online banking, automated response teller. You can even get support via text. I'm just absolutely ? all about Linn Area Credit Union! It's where I stash my money ?”

“I have been with First Federal for a few years because I got a car loan through them. My experience with the tellers and loan officers has been nothing short of amazing! I recently made a call in reference to my insurance and car loan, Nicole Osterhaus helped me figure out my issue.
