Ordered this Ashley modular couch online and had a great experience with CR Home Furnishings! They were in touch right away letting me know when it would be delivered to the store (I opted for in store pick up). Each section was packaged individually and the guys at the store helped me load the truck up. My husband was out of town and I was able to set up the couch by myself and surprised him with it set up when he got home. I wasn’t sure how I’d like the couch but it is honestly beautiful AND huge. I can’t wait for movie nights! The only thing a little odd about this particular couch is that the pillows and “backs” of the couch are not connected to the seats, but on the other hand it does make it really nice to be able to adjust the couch layout however you how you want it. I’m also considering ordering taller legs as the couch does sit very low to the ground even with the legs included (they are about 3 inches)

My husband and I just bought a couch and a wall art piece from here. We had such a positive experience with the staff. They were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They showed us different inventory they had and answered questions as needed. When we decided on what we wanted, it was such an easy and quick ordering process. We were able to see the different colors the couch came in on the computer. The items arrived quicker than expected and were in great condition. The couch is so comfortable and fits perfectly in our living room, while the wall art piece is beautiful and a great addition to our home. We got a deal on the wall art, so we appreciated that as well. They have various different home decor items for anyone’s style and budget. I would highly recommend and we would purchase more from here for our home in the future!

Lisa Ousley met us after finishing with a previous customer. We explained we were looking for a love seat and couch in leather. She guided us to a set that was very nice looking and was all power. She suggested we get two couches since the middle seat back folded down like a love seat. Lisa told us the “leather” was a fabric but would outlast our love for the furniture. Lisa was helpful and trustworthy, paid attention to our wants, needs, and concerns. We did end up buying two couches. I would recommend this store as well as Lisa for anyone shopping there. They also price matched and matched the interest free financing we found at a competitor. Delivery was 3 weeks earlier than we expected. They set up the furniture just as we asked. Job VERY well done all the way around. I plan on going back if I ever need more furniture.

Bought a couch, and the guy wouldn’t help us load it. Then on our way home part of the couch got damaged. We called and they said they do not replace the broken part but they could order us the pieces we needed - $300 I paid, we got it home to assemble it and it’s missing parts. Poor service, they just want to make a sale and then get more money out of you in the end. Go somewhere else!
