STAY AWAY!!! These guys are a complete joke. They told me they would fix my Apple laptop. I dropped it off and they told me a few days later it was fixed. It wasn't then I had to go back with it. Took 3 times until I went to another place and said they didn't plug the keyboard back in. They claim to be authorized to work on Apple products which is straight up a lie. Have they been so, I wouldn't need to go to another place to learn the keyboard was not plugged in. Since I got it back from them it hasn't worked right since. The people there are clowns and the owner is a clown. Please shut the doors and quit ripping people off.

I took my granddaughters Apple laptop in for replacement of damaged screen. Was told they could order new part and the amount it would cost with estimated time for shipping and repair.Paid them upfront for the parts and labor and waited for a phone call to let me know it was done. After the date I was told it should be ready I waited for 1 week and called them to find out it was done. My granddaughter picked it up and when she got home turned it on and only half the screen was working. I took it back and was told it was a bad screen, so they ordered another one. I waited the estimated time I was told it would be for the part to be in and time for repair again, and same as before no phone calls.I made a number of phone calls and stopped in to check how the repairs were coming along and was told still waiting on parts.They final got the new part in and replaced it and then was told they needed the plug-in charger because the battery was not charged up enough. (I would think a computer repair shop would have one but quess not?) Took the charger in and waited for them to call me to come pick it up. No call so I stopped in again and was told it may have a bad battery, or something else may be wrong with it. I did get part of my money back after they sent the 2nd screen back for credit. I don't understand why the 1st screen would at least come on, but the 2nd screen wouldn't and then told it may be the battery or something else? I had to make all the calls to check up on the repairs or stop to see how things are going on the repairs. Very poor communication on their part about the whole ordeal. I would not recommend them to anyone.John Jensen

Brought My desktop in because my PSU was bad. Managed to get it running again. Great convo and even cuter dog!10/10 will be back in the future!

I always bring my stuff here because they're honest and straightforward, even to the point of telling me how to fix it myself so I don't have to pay them to do it

An eclectic place-when you first walk in it seems normal. Then you go to the primary area and wow! Every day is Halloween. That's all I'll say. Go yourself if you wanna know more. The two gents working there were very personable and quite chatty, which made the time go by quickly and mitigated any anxiety you might be feeling about the repair (or the bill). Turns out my computer issue was relatively easy to fix. So easy that I was still in the free diagnostic stage of my visit. That being the case, there was no charge for the repair. I was floored. There was a tip jar on the counter so I showed them a little love that way. I can say I would have no problem bringing my machine back if it glitches again.

Terrible service.. He charged me when I dropped of my playstation 5 before working on it then when I picked it up he told me I owed him for his service that he had no proof of me paying! Thankfully I pulled up my chase credit card statement and proved to the owner that I did pay so if I didn't have proof he would of charged me twice! Playstation controller looked like greasy hands were all over it very dirty looking and the outer white case of ps5 had scratch marks all over one side of it like it been rubbed around on a surface. My disk drive didn't work when I picked it up and it did when I took it to them which I took it home and took it apart "youtube" they forgot to plug in the disk drive... They did fix the system cause it wouldn't turn on and it now does.. Took them 2 extra days from what he told me when I dropped it off. Do not recommend personally with my experience not professional at all. Keep your record of payment so he don't try to charge you twice..

I came to computer heaven with a heavy heart, as my brand new pc that I spent a boatload of money on was not booting up after changing around some parts. I took it in, ready to pay whatever price necessary to get my machine up and running again. I called ahead and talked to Tristan, who was very polite and reassuring, before taking it over to their location that same day. I walked in, set my computer down, and after about 8 minutes or so, they got the computer to boot up. It has been about a month or so since then, and still no issues! And since they got it fixed within the 15-minute free diagnostic, I paid nothing aside from a handshake and words of gratitude. Great experience overall, and I will go to them again if I have any issues.

The Shop laptop we use for Diagnostics and our Point of sale software pooped itself :( These guys got us lined up with a used/refurb machine that was MORE than we needed for LESS money than we expected to pay! Super helpful, friendly, shop was cool, all in all a win win! THANK YOU!!

I took my computer in to have malware removed. They were honest and able to answer all of my questions. They had my computer done promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Cedar Rapids area, very good and friendly service!

Scammers, they will agree on a price to fix your device but then turn back and charge you even more, miscommunication on dates, parts and they seem to blame everything in Amazon, I have Amazon and not once has been delayed, and is not a little delay, we are talking 3 weeks+

I do not recommend this business. First, they did not call us when our computer was done being serviced. Second, they lost our backup plus portable storage unit. When confronted the owner got out of control and accused my husband and I that we didn't know what we were talking about. The owner was loud, rude and out of control. We never recd our backup portable storage unit and they refused to compensate us for losing it.
