Their 9 load washer has been broken for the past 3 months and i’ve been using the only other available one, today i went in and both are out of order. FIX UR WASHERS. not to mention, most who come here don’t have a ton of money to drop on the 6 load washers that don’t even fit that much and cost 9 dollars? I had to scrounge around my car to find a couple extra quarters to even afford to use two of the 6 load washers when all of my stuff would have fit in the 9 load. also, it’s dirty?

I have been doing laundry here for about 2 years. It's usually pretty clean. Today I encountered cat hair left in the large washing machine which I'm allergic to. Most of the issue I have had are do to inconsiderate users not the staff. Occasionally machines are out of order but are tagged as such be sure to inspect them before putting coins in.

I was an out of State visitor trying to do laundry. Let me just say that this place is clean. I think the big dryers can be cheaper but well it’s what it is.I went on Sunday July 9th, 2023. There was personnel in place cleaning the machines as people were using them. She was doing a good job, especially with the filters in the dryers. It is important that the filters in a public laundry facility be cleaned constantly; so good job on taking care of that detail.The place was clean, the staff present that day was welcoming and helpful. She was dedicated to her job that's for sure.

The big drier on the left ripped me off for $2.50. My last $2.50. Im going home with a basket full of wet clothes. Thanks clean (and wet) laundry. Its been a fantastic experience

This was my first experience with a laundromat. The worker was very helpful in finding the machine I needed to wash my heavy king size comforter. For 12:50 to wash, it looks brand new! Establishment was very clean! I will be returning with all my bulky items.

Super clean and very nice but they don't have a restroom to use while your thier I tryed to use it and it was locked had to leave and go to the gas station sadly

Second review this place is still a disaster mostly to do with people who use its facility but my other complaint is it's 5:00 p.m. here and they're considered a night time cuz they locked the bathrooms so if you come here use a bathroom before common there and watch your stuff cuz people will try to steal it right with you standing there

Easy and convenient! Love payment by phone! A few messes and machines down for repair, but overall clean. The seating area has USB ports, most work, nice perk. ? I wish the restroom was open for use.

We use this laundromat for our large family even though we have a washer/dryer because we can get our laundry caught up all at once. We like how clean it is, the large capacity washer and dryers, and the speed at which the machines work. Great place, will go again.

Pretty po'd at this point and I've never had this bad of an experience. Glad I waited to review because I've had it with "out of order" anything in these chains. Seriously Clean Laundry.Went to 6th St, all change/token machines out of order, yes even the credit card one.Marion 24hr, 9 loaders, washers and dryers both, out of order so ended at Kirkwood Blvd 24hr, only one 9 loader open. Whatever, I'll take it, but wait!Clean Laundry is the Billy Mays of "out of order" problems!EVERY single change/token machine, yes even the credit card one, is out of order and my things are already in the machine.Come on you guys, this should be a daily check, if not twice a day at least. Went to the K&G down by HWY 218, only allowed 1 roll of quarters, so still not enough to start the machine.Not that anyone that can do anything will see this in time, but I'll still take your suggestions as to what, exactly, I do now.

Cleaning guy rude and moves your stuff without asking. I told him about dryer is cold and he said it's my jeans. He then started screaming and told me to leave. All cause I told him the dryer was cold, he said I had to many pairs of jeans five?Pricing is overpriced and five minutes for drying per quarter and no more tokens. Do not go here
