Damaged a tire and needed it changed, 30 miles from home. I called the road service, they were there in 45 minutes in the rain. Great service!

These guys are amazing!! I’ve never met a team as dedicated to their clients and as responsive to their needs as them. They take the time to listen, and really hear what you are saying. They have no problem explaining things in a manner that is easy to understand, and they always make sure you truly know what you are getting. Will always recommend them. The Whole State Farm team have been amazing to work with. We always get great service when having to deal with them. We had an unfortunate situation which caused us to have to make a claim. The process was so easy, and the team helped us get our car fixed quickly without any further difficulties. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Been with chad, & staff. over 12 plus years. Never had any issues. They will call about savings. They all do.
After consulting Colton my plan was reduced. With lower deductibles. Plus he made sure I have any and all discounts State Farm offer.

My agent is Colton, but in general, fantastic office. Very friendly & on the ball & squared away. They helped me save some money on my full coverage policy when I recently switch from GEICO. I recommend.

I had a fire destroy one of the buildings and part of my house at my farm/ sanctuary back in April. Chad, Colton, Amy, Chase, and any others I may have forgotten to mention, have been absolutely amazing through this entire process. They have been there on my good days and my worst days helping me to get through everything and understand the process and procedures of insurance claims. I couldn't ask for a better team and I want to give a huge thank you to the Chad Johnson team in Cedar Rapids Iowa. You guys are amazing!

I've been with Chad Johnson's agency for 20-ish years. Chad and his team are very dedicated to ensuring that you are an informed client. Working most recently with Colton Mosher, he answered all questions directly, laid out the pros and cons of various options, and never laid on the hard sell.
