If you had Greg as your rep, good luck. He left and there was no handoff. Finally was able to get someone on the phone after calling a few times and they promised a welcome email...never got it. Actively looking to take all my policies else ware.Edit: Kayla never reached out as of 8/18Edit 2: Finally reached out after leaving a bad survey.Come to find out our commercial insurance policy on our vehicles was never renewed. Never got any notification they were expiring or past due. We have been driving around commercial vehicles for 8 months without insurance because of this. Pretty major dropping of the ball by this outfit on our account. We''re in the process of getting things switched over to another company.
