I've had an extreme amount of work done in my car and they've helped me through the process the entire way. They help me install a supercharger kit on my car and work out many issues after with more upgrades. This was no small task upgrading fuel system upgrading pulleys adding a front mount intercooler.

Gene Lorsung was helpful from the beginning in getting our daughter a new car. We looked at several options, but he helped us come to the best for her. What we also appreciate is the excellent service center! Their work is first rate, they provide suggestions on what needs to be done which I count on to keep the car running great. They really care about their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a loyal customer and an employee of Cassill Motors for almost one year. In this review, I will share my journey with this company, from purchasing a car to becoming a shuttle driver. I will also highlight the benefits and challenges of working with Cassill Motors and explain why I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly car dealership.
I bought my first car from Cassill Motors in September 2023; after receiving a call from a friend, we went to the Cassill Showroom on 16th Ave S.W. I was impressed by their online inventory, which had detailed descriptions and photos of each car. I arrived at the dealership and was contacted immediately by Jeremiah Davis. Jeremiah was beneficial and courteous and answered all my questions about the car and the financing options. He also invited me into their showroom and take a test drive.
I decided to go to their showroom the next day, and I was greeted by Jeremiah and the sales manager, Greg Hastings. They were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and comfortable. They showed me the car I wanted and explained its features and history. They also offered me a free Carfax report and a warranty. I took the car for a test drive and was satisfied with its performance and condition. I decided to buy the vehicle, and Jeremiah helped me with the paperwork and the financing. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. While waiting, Jeremiah and I had a great conversation, sharing stories about our lives. At one point, I was asked what I did all day, and I honestly answered, “Not much.” He wondered whether or not I enjoyed driving and meeting people, and I said, “Absolutely.” Jeremiah said, “Stay right here, “in a matter of minutes, I was introduced to Nate Reynolds, Service Manager for Cassill Motors. Nate and I spoke for a short while and he then asked that I contact him the following Monday.
On October 1, 2023, I started my training as a shuttle driver for Cassill Motors. This was an excellent opportunity to work with a company I trusted and respected. During orientation, I had the duties and responsibilities of a shuttle driver explained to me and informed of the perks of working for Cassill Motors.
I have been working as a shuttle driver for Cassill Motors for 11 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. I love driving and meeting new people and have learned a lot about cars and the car industry. I have also developed a strong relationship with Nate, Jeremiah, and the rest of the staff, who are always friendly, helpful, and supportive. They treat me like a family member and appreciate my work and dedication. I also interact with many customers, who are always grateful and appreciate the customer service provided. I have received much positive feedback; some have even become my regulars. I feel proud to represent Cassill Motors and provide high-quality service to our customers.
Cassill Motors is more than just a car dealership. It is a company that values its customers and employees and strives to provide the best products and services in the market. I am grateful for the opportunity to work for this company, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a car or a job. Cassill Motors is not only where I bought my car but also where I found a part-time career and a family.

Awful experience. They tried to sell me a well overpriced car with structural damage saying it was just a dent. Turned out the car was involved in an accident. Will never even go near this “dealership”. The worst thing is that they treat people like they are stupid.

I was debating trading my truck in for something newer. As someone that likes to collect an analyze data, the car buying process is typically miserable due to high pressure sales. That was not the case with Cassill Motors. Josh helped me collect information, presented everything to me, and helped make sure I had everything I needed to make the best decision. Josh really made it feel like I was working with family.
