I don't go to Casey's to engage in mindless blather with u .. ur being paid to greet me... I'm not obligated to make stoopid small talk to u... Wash ur dirty too small uniform once in a while ???

What gas station closes their bathrooms “for cleaning” an hour before they close? We live in Des Moines and stopped for gas and pee break before we hit the road and the cashier literally yelled at us for trying to use the bathroom. Yowza.It’s okay, though. Kum & Go down the road was more than happy to take our money AND let us use their bathroom! ??♀️

Order a pizza over the phone and I showed up, they said they didn’t have an order for me. This is not the first time this has happened. I have no interest doing business here anymore.

Come here almost everyday it’s always clean and the food is good they are very nice to me and have become even more so now that I come regularly was short money this morning for my drink and she helped me out so sweet of her couldn’t ask for a better gas station also get their rewards app it’s so good!!

Certain employees repeatedly try to upcharge me on things such as the half dozen of donuts, and it's getting really irritating.Almost got charged a while ago for biscuits and gravy (it was donuts), and had to point it out multiple times before it got fixed.Apparently there's been a price increase on the half dozen from $6 to $7, but nowhere on the case does it say anything about this.

I just ordered a large pizza, two 8 piece boneless wings and an order of breadsticks for delivery. What arrived was the pizza, two orders of breadsticks and no wings. I have been trying to reach the store at 34th and 1st Ave Cedar Rapids IA for over 15 minutes now and keep getting the mess that the user is busy and then I get disconnected. I am upset because I paid $15 for wings and got a $5 order of breadsticks instead and cannot reach the store to rectify the situation.

Worst pizza it was cold chewy and my daughter that picked it up said the guy making the the pizzas was frustrated and acted like she was an inconvenienceI understand being busy on a Saturday night but if you can't keep up just say so and I would've went to the other Casey's just a few blocks further and always happy to see us instead of giving us a substandard product that's over priced given to us in anger

Pay someone to make a delivery and......they don't bring 75% of the order BUT I have to come by to pick the rest up. How hard is it to put stuff in a bag? Also you called me to tell me you had to switch to a different drink because you were out and you still forgot..... just saying this is why places like McDonald's and gas station employees should be stuck with minimum wage.

CLAYTON (in the kitchen) Was making a pizza when I came In. I liked that he finished what he was doing to ensure quality when I got there before taking my order. He got right to taking down my order and was knowledgeable about what was available in real time . He was able to honor the turn around time for our food and it was DELICIOUS. If you haven’t tried claytons friend chicken yet you are missing out!! Can you put a tip jar out?!? This guy deserves it! You better do whatever it takes to retain this one. Five stars Clayton! Keep up the good work. Super professional! Great job, I will be back!

I've been going to this caseys for some time now and never wanted to write a review because I know staffing has been an issue for a lot of places, however, between last night and today, I feel managment needs to know what's going on.Last night, we ordered a large veggie pizza via the app. They call and tell us that they don't have spinach in the store, hey no problem. We get there as our pizza is coming out and watch the guy use the same pizza cutter, that has pepperoni stuck to it, used to cut our pizza. Gross, but we don't say anything. We get home, all the toppings are in the middle of the $23 pizza.Fast forward this morningI go to the ice coffee machine and check to see if anything is in it, as it rarely stocked. Mocha is empty but French vanilla is stocked, awesome. Grabbed a large cup, go to get ice, no ice in pop machine. Go to grab a lid, no LG lids in the store at all. So at this point I have a $5 cup of iced coffee with no lid and no ice and I have to drive across town to work with it. I swing by the hot case which is basically empty, no hash browns. I completely understand that this is in a busy location and things happen, but this store an undermanaged, hot mess and I won't be using it as my daily morning stop anymore.

Love, love, love the donuts. Wish the donut display was easier to use though ( a place to set the box would be nice , and the top couple rows of trays are way to high).
