Left car wash didn't work. Sprayed some soap, then arrow kept telling me to pull ahead until I couldn't see it anymore. Tried to reverse & go back around to hit 'Refund' button but nothing worked. Had to pay again & tried right side to get it to work.

I had the worse experience ever. And there’s not even a number to call. I insert $10 to get Gold wash and it didn’t work. It’s so frustrating.
