“We rented a car one way from Cedar Rapids IA to MSP airport in St Paul MN. The car was awesome, a complimentary upgrade from a sedan to a Dodge Challenger! A guy at the gas station remarked on the car with Louisiana plates: "You're far from home!" but I had to admit it was just a rental... All Enterprise staff was very courteous and helpful, from the friendly Guam native at CID to Peter at the MSP return. Pick Enterprise for a great surprise.”

“This place and the people who work there is amazing!! Over a year ago we was relocating from Colorado to Indiana due to a loss in the family. As we was driving to Indiana passing through Iowa we got stranded. We was away from any main area in Iowa, we rented a car online through hertz. We was able to get a ride to the hertz location that the website said the car would be available only to find out hertz had no vehicles available. Hertz allowed us to reserve a car that was not available!! Again we was stranded. I called Auto Value Rental and they had a very nice gentleman come pick us up and take us to go pick up a rental car from them. Everyone at Auto Value Rental was amazing! They literally saved us from being stranded! Thank you Auto Value Rental! You are amazing!! Sorry it took so long to write a review. Thanks again!!”

“I used this company for transportation to my son's graduation ceremony. They were on time, the driver, Bill, was courteous, friendly, professional, and careful. I have utilized other transportation companies and Special K's is the only one that was capable, and willing to transport me, and my bariatric, wide, power wheelchair. The other companies did not have lifts, only ramps, or did not want to deal with a bariatric patient in a power wheelchair.I am thankful for Special K's.”

I had went to another location and they gave me such a dreadful time. He got me in a car within a few minutes. Is it bad to say that him and his staff were all super attractive? “I don’t remember the young man’s name that checked me in. It was 11:30pm Monday March 11th. I had a 15 hour travel day and was just exhausted but this man’s attitude, engagement, positivity just brought me to life after among travel. He does an extremely good job and was very professional. My rental car is nice size and so spacious. I was ecstatic that they were open so late as most are closed that late. Awesome experience”

The process is so smooth, knowledgeable, and friendly staff at the front desk in the airport. They got me a clean, modern, and well equipped 2023 SUV (Chevrolet Equinox) with way less mileage than what I previously booked online. I was amazed and so happy ?. “Easy pick-up, although you must stop and check in at the rental desk. The line was short, and the clerk was fast and efficient. On top of that, I was offered a free upgrade to a roomier vehicle, Unnecessary, but was appreciated. I’ll be going to Cedar Rapids 3-4 times/year, so this good first experience will go far in my car rental decision making in the future.”

“Arrived around 2130 the night before a football game. At that time 3 companies were merged to one stand and 2 employees working. There were a lot of people in line and it took awhile to get up front, but when we finally did we realized why. Taya Duehr was working and was so nice and took her time with each customer- making them feel like they were the only ones there. She was extremely personable and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience at Alamo. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time!”
