“I used this company for transportation to my son's graduation ceremony. They were on time, the driver, Bill, was courteous, friendly, professional, and careful. I have utilized other transportation companies and Special K's is the only one that was capable, and willing to transport me, and my bariatric, wide, power wheelchair. The other companies did not have lifts, only ramps, or did not want to deal with a bariatric patient in a power wheelchair.I am thankful for Special K's.”
“The employees I encountered were friendly, and they got me a vehicle within a days notice. I had gotten read ended and wasn't at fault for the accident. The other partys' insurance covered it, and when I needed the car for a longer period of time, they didn't give me any trouble, and just told me how long the extension is for, and what the price would be, as the other persons' insurance wouldn't be required to cover the extension period. This was my first time using a rental car, and they provided great service, and were one of the cheapest options available to me.”

Although the initial transaction didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped, the new manager and staff went out of their way to set things right. I understand that hiccups can occur, and I truly appreciate the extra effort the company put in to make amends. I'm thrilled with the final result, and my car is back on the road, looking and driving exactly as I wanted. “Driving up to this location I thought it was a Hertz repair shop. It was in such a weird place. Walked inside and was greeted by a super cool guy. I had went to another location and they gave me such a dreadful time. He got me in a car within a few minutes. Is it bad to say that him and his staff were all super attractive? Anyways, highly recommend this location.”
“I don’t remember the young man’s name that checked me in. It was 11:30pm Monday March 11th. I had a 15 hour travel day and was just exhausted but this man’s attitude, engagement, positivity just brought me to life after among travel. He does an extremely good job and was very professional. My rental car is nice size and so spacious. I was ecstatic that they were open so late as most are closed that late. Awesome experience”

“Arrived around 2130 the night before a football game. At that time 3 companies were merged to one stand and 2 employees working. There were a lot of people in line and it took awhile to get up front, but when we finally did we realized why. Taya Duehr was working and was so nice and took her time with each customer- making them feel like they were the only ones there. “My husband and I found or vehicle while searching on auto trader. I instantly knew it was the one I wanted. Not only was it a great vehicle but the price was lower than any others.I contacted Dan Callahan to see if it was still available and scheduled an appointment to see it. We live in Wisconsin so we had a 170 mile drive. SO worth it. Dan was so easy to work with and quickly gave us an awesome trade in value for our car. Because we were from out of state we couldn't get financing so he let us take the vehicle and sent him a check once financing was set back home.
