Wash bay was being cleaned as we waited and being our first time it was a pleasant experience. The raised wash table was wonderful for our backs and all that was needed within reach. Well done!

Great experience. Water was warm, shampoo is available (we brought our own as it was our first time), room was clean and the price reasonable. Will definitely use this service in the future.

we were rushed and lied to about how many people were waiting when we’ve had to wait even longer… people need to wait there turn if we’re paying our money. we were there for maybe 35-40 minutes not long at all.

Great dog wash spot! Very clean. Love that you get the whole room and can lock the door (the other one I've been to was just stalls, so you could have several dogs in other stalls barking/crying/etc) I did bring my own shampoo due to not liking the diluted solution at the other dog wash I have tried. The shampoo they provided here seemed alright but I prefer the one I brought. The blow dryer and vacuum both worked great and overall I will definitely be back! Why use the dog wash at all when I have my own shampoo, you may ask? Well, I would suggest YOU try to throw a 90 lb german shepherd into a bathtub at home and try to bend over to bath him. The ramp/table are super convenient and much better on my back. The water hose is far nicer than me tryer to use cups/buckets in the bathtub, but the water is warmer and a better pressure than trying to use my outside hose on him on the ground. And- the best part- if his fur goes flying I do not have to deep clean my bath tub. I can just use the hose to rinse the wall and leave; no fur-clogged drains for me! These dog washes are so nice for when he needs a bath but doesn't need the full groomer experience.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Here is why:1) the heavily diluted shampoo will NOT properly clean any dog. Bring your own if you still decide to come here2) the place was covered in dog hair & the ground was soaking wet.3) $10 for 14 minutes …… a decent wash depending on the size of dog could take 30-60+ minutes. You’re not saving any money. Just find a $30 groomer in town.4) unless you have your own shampoo & brushes this is just swishing your dog’s dirt and oil around on them.5) the water was barley lukewarm & got freezing cold 4 minutes into the wash!!! My pup started yelping and shivering! I can only imagine how uncomfortable that felt. At this point I decided to rinse off the little remnants of shampoo and just blow dry him.I’ve been to several self serve dog washes before and they are never this unkept. Not to mention they have added physical shampoos to use + the use of tools. The 1 positive I can give is there is a lock on the inside of the door. So you can have full private & safe use while in the room.I could only “recommend” this wash for smaller breeds of dogs but even then do prep work at home such as deshedding. Come at your own risk of potentially having to bathe your pup in freezing water. If you work fast enough it ~could~ be cheaper to self groom a smaller dog in here. But I’d seriously advise you just look for an inexpensive groomer that’ll give them a decent 30+ minute groom.Mind you a groomer brushes, bathes, cleans ears, expresses anal glands, dries, clips nails, & often times give you a pup bandana all for $25-$30!!!

Pretty standard do-it-yourself dog wash. Sure there’s usually left over hair and what not, but that’s expected. My pup comes out smelling like oatmeal every time!

It has flea and tick shampoo. Oatmeal shampoo, and skunk smell removal shampoo. The dog tub was really nice and quite easy to access. The change machine was easy to read and understand it does have a credit card reader on it you get 10 minutes when you put 10 bucks in. After you wash your car vacuum it out, don't forget to check out Willie Ray's barbecue right next door it's well worth it good combination!

Walked right in, clear instructions on the machine, and our dog walked right up the steps into the wash. Very pleased. $10 for 14 minutes

Fantastic idea and so glad it's inexpensive, less messy, and our pretty girl looks pretty again. Completely support this and will go again and again!!
