“Where do I begin….. Oh how about with my tire tube popping. I live out of state and was in immediate need of assistance, I called Goldfinch, and immediately they starting taking care of me. They lined up a next day appointment. While I was there I figured why not tune it up. They were booked weeks out, but due to my circumstances of living out of state they told me, they’d get it done. It turned out my bike had more damage and repairs than originally discussed and told me they’d get it running great, and bring it back the next time I’m in town. So I bring it back a month later. Repair the couple issues and yet I still noticed one thing wasn’t right. They came outside with me watched me re-enact my issue, heard it, brought my bike right back in and fixed it again! These guys wouldn’t let me leave until my bike was perfect! Logan, Adam, and Andy are all great gentlemen and took great care of my bike and coached me along the way of do’s and don’ts moving forward to keep my bike in its best shape. Highly recommend this shop and hope they continue to succeed!”
