We came in contact with four different employees who needed to assist us at various times while in the store. They were all professional and very nice. We recently purchased a laptop. One of the keys became stuck after a few times of using it. The sales associates made this transaction easy and a pleasant experience while completing a return and exchange.

The charging port has loosen. They claimed its damaged and unable to repair...it's not an expensive unit, repair would cost more then replacement. They refused both, claimed the case is damaged on corner ....see any damage? No one can see it but best buy. They said to reconnect Corp. I'm tempted to take them to small claims, ?

Our employee experience was awful. She didn't verify the shipping address we wanted before placing the order. Getting it corrected has literally been impossible. Once the sale is complete, it's nobody's problem. They couldn't change the address, cancel the order, anything... called customer service. Don't bother. This was really quite an awful experience.

I was never asked to leave any reviews but I am leaving one as I am standing in the middle of the store for Lis. Lis made our search so much more simple. Best buy is back! They have almost everything I look for on Amazon and they match their prices. They also have free 2 day delivery. I am impressed.
I was looking at appliances and they didn't harass me. There were plenty of employees helping people they just waited to be asked. I like that.
Best Buy has all the latest home Internet stuff. I just bought a Netgear modem and router. It was actually a better price than Amazon! And I got to hold it in my hand and pick the one I really wanted. Worth the drive.
I highly recommend going back and looking around a best buy. They have a lot of cool stuff to see. And good deals. Or go online and get 2 day shipping without paying 150 dollars a year for a membership. Food for thought.

They're alright. Found what I needed. Their options for products seem to be diminishing over the years however. Service was standard, but they definitely don't have enough people working here.
