During the recent snow emergency, we ordered a Noco Boost to get a car started and off the road. It was the only one available online at any store nearby. Turns out that model was not in stock, so the associate called us right away and explained that another Noco model was available, at a higher price. He very kindly gave us an extra $10 off. I am thankful we were able to get the car started that day to avoid another ticket!

First time I stopped in was more or less just to browse, although my mind was on emergency battery packs, rechargeables, flashlights, smart bulbs, etc. Guy chit-chatted with me about DIY battery back-up systems and I left with a couple boxes of batteries on special.Stopped in yesterday looking for bulbs with a candelabra base, which ended up to be more common than I'd thought, not having seen them before. There were probably 3 others in the store, but I wasn't asking or needing assistance.Regardless, the associate walks over and loudly asks what they can do for me. I tell them I'm looking for candelabra bulbs but in a cool white. He pauses for a moment, then says "all of our incandescent bulbs are RIGHT HERE." and throws both hands out toward the wall. I said thank you, he walked away, and I went to Menards.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well, the overall experience was great, the person In-Charge was amicable and professional, also the associate was quite smart and knowledgeable. Prices are economical and affordable at the same time.Quality of service is appreciable! I would definitely recommend others to visit their store and get your devices fixed.

Batteries Plus on Blairsferry Road took excellent care of me. I bought batteries for an older APC backup power supply only to have the unit die on me 5 months later. They couldn't refund my money but they gave me store credit that enabled me to buy a new APC. They didn't have to do that and they obviously believe in excellent customer service. I will be back!

If I could give me a 0 star I would because I had a bad car battery and guy said that they would not have someone there until 5pm and I got the battery from here a few years back but I had no receipt, and somehow they could not pull my information up so I bought it from this location. The guy was a dick behind the counter. I won't ever buy a battery from these guys again.

Why would I be able to order a battery online for store pick up when you don’t even carry it. Hot garbage waste of my time

Bought 2 truck batteries with 2 year free replacement. One is bad. Was told I needed to leave the battery for reconditioning for 48hrs. I asked for replacement and was told our warranty period is only 1 year on commercial account customers. Tried to sell me another battery with 1/2 of a posted warranty. No where on my original paperwork does it say anything about a warranty being half as long the battery states. Becareful and understand what you are buying because the rules can change after you make a purchase. I'm gonna make sure all of the contractors we do business with get this memo!

We've been taking UPS batteries here for years, literally dozens of battery packs replaced. Today, we tried to get batteries replaced and the person behind the counter made every excuse to not replace my batteries this time, and then flat out refused. Instead, I was forced to purchase the batteries on my own and have someone on my staff figure it out. Luckily, it turns out it is really easy and took my person about 30 minutes per pack to replace everything. I'm glad I didn't spend the $200 in labor (not including parts) per battery pack they quoted me. Thanks Batteries +, your desire to vehemently insist on missing out on $6k worth of battery replacements turned out to be a blessing. We will no longer be doing business with this location.

My daughter recently brought her Apple IPhone 12 to batteries + in Cedar Rapids (Blairs Ferry) to have a charge port replacement. She received the phone back and started having issues with her screen, microphone and speakers, and when she went to charge it, the phone heated up severely to where we had to tell her to unplug the phone due to it being a fire hazard. She brought the phone back in and they opened it up again to find a loose connection that was causing the issue. She took the phone back and now the battery charge only last 3-hours at best. We went back to the store to discuss an insurance claim for the faulty repair made which further damaged the phone. The store manager Steve, claims they fixed the phone and there "must" be something else wrong with the phone other than being caused by their repair. This phone is only 14-months old, and Steve is claiming it's now a motherboard issue or a software update problem. It's pretty clear to me that this location made an error in repair and caused a severe overheating issues, and do not want to take responsibility. Steve went as far as to say to us, that how did he know there wasn't any additional issues with the phone prior to them touching it... Well Steve, the answer to that question is, you had the phone open twice... You ran diagnostics on it... You didn't find anything additionally wrong with the phone.Do the right thing, make an insurance claim because the first guy who repaired the phone who is no longer working at your location caused additional damage.I wouldn't recommend bringing any cell phones here for repair... They refuse to take responsibility for their poor work and based on my interaction accuse their customers of trying to scam them.
