While walking in the mall one Saturday afternoon, I happened to come upon Bath & Bodyworks having a sale on hand soap. I got 3 of them and went about my way. Everyone was so nice and smiles all around. It smelled great too! I will be back for more of those great sales

I love Bath and Body! I typically shop online vs. store shopping. I always find more than I need when shopping in person! Great store, product, and layout make it easy to conveniently throw multiple items into my basket and purchase all the things I didn't know I needed when online shopping!

I love ordering hand soap and my body wash. I however am not happy on the fact they do not pack their boxes and just threw the products in the box. Plus the fact my boxes were opened when delivered to me. I was missing some products along with some still in package and half empty.
I was happy customer service made it wright with me. I just hope it is not a trend.
fast forward 4/226/23 I placed a 300.00 order and guess what, two of my shipments were broken. They threw the glass bottles in and used no packing what so ever. The box smells like a French you know what. I'm going to take back the whole order I am so mad. So done with this company.

Disappointed about the men's body sprays not being discounted at same time as women's. If they are same price ranges why segregation?
