Although they didn’t have what we wanted it was very cool to look around. I haven’t been to Barnes and nobles in years great to see they still have the puppet stage for kids. Amazing selection of toys and books. Very cool music selection as well!

The gentleman at the help desk was ... well.. helpful. But I was beyond disappointed to find they had a minimal selection of books on grief.

Love books but this store rearranges sections too often. I also don't like separation of paper and hardbacks.

I enjoy Barnes& Noble and I am a member of the rewards program. This store is always nice and well organized. This is one of the smaller stores but it has a very cozy feeling. They have a coffee shop which has a few baked goods as well. My membership allows me to upgrade, drinks as well as the occasional free baked good. I like the variety in the store which includes of course, lots of books but also vinyl records and many toys and magazines. There are lots of places to sit so I can always take a few minutes to peruse books before deciding what to buy. The staff is always nice and willing to help me find something if I'm struggling to locate a book. I shopped the store off and and enjoy it every time.

The employees here are awesome. They never have my favorite author (Bob Trapp) in stock. Unlike other stores in the area, B&N keeps plenty of products on the shelves.

I've been a customer of this place for years. No problem. Whether it's media or print, books or newspapers or even a coffee. Really enjoy the layout of the store. Plenty of free parking with many handicapped spots available up front. One small step up then it's practically level. Long abundant hours open each day. Staff always top-notch and professional. Have a question they should be able to answer it. Clean bathrooms (at least the men's was last time I used it). Great prices on just about everything in the store. Calendar or books or music to movies. Don't see what you need they can order it. Which brings me to the one and only miniscule complaint I have with this particular location. Be very patient and understanding when ordering anything from them. 100% not the store or staff problem, it's their warehouse and it's policy is the problem. I had ordered a CD from them. Took me 3 times to finally get the thing. First time their warehouse canceled my order without telling me. Reason being was the item in question would have left their inventory with only 1 left. 2nd time I ordered was told by staff that my order, despite being canceled First time, would be honored second time despite low inventory status. But apparently the CD I'm ordering is hugely popular it seems that once again it was canceled and wasn't told about it. 3rd time , to successfully secure my purchase I had to pre-pay it. Then once that was done was told to wait. Now waiting over 3 weeks. This is an expensive lesson. At least for me. I've been shopping at a Barnes and Noble store for years and have never encountered an issue like this. Despite this delay in my order I will continue to shop here. But next time I may have to look elsewhere to order something. Once again I'm not looking for a free book or ten percent off my next order or whatever, just saying let the buyer beware. Be upfront with your customers so they don't encounter the delay problem like I have. Thank you.

Purchased a new Nook and the service was great ?. Love the atmosphere in the store and Love to enjoy the coffee shop.

They have a huge selection of books. There is also a very good selection of board games for all ages. I wish they were cheaper and price matched their online prices, but sadly they don't. If you want a spacious bookstore to take your time in, this might be it.

Plenty of books, toys for the kids, and gifts for the book lover. The bookstore staff is always helpful and seems to like books. The Starbucks staff, however, need to work on training. I had a couple of drinks to order. Gave one, turned and asked the grandson what he wanted, turned back to give that order and that apparently was too fast for him to handle. But...they do know how to make drinks so the wait was worth it.
