“A couple of my coworkers have been going to Albert's for years, and I needed a new place to take my vehicles. We were getting ready for an annual trip, and my pickup needed new ball joints/bearings and I didn't have the time to get it done on my own at home. These guys were able to get me right in and get my old pickup driving like new again. I also had a service engine light, and Chad went through the trouble codes with me, they even repaired and cleared out a couple for me while they were diagnosing the ABS and Service Engine light. It was an expensive day, but well worth it in saving me time at home doing the same repairs that would have taken me much loner on my own to do. These guys are definitely my go-to now, I will be back!!!!”
“I I just love this place. The staff is very polite and helpful. I have been going there for the past couple of years and have never been disappointed. They have my trust and respect.
I just left my tire to be patched. One guy even checked the tire to ensure it was put on right for safety. When I called other places, they were either charging extra and giving me at least a day and a half to fix it. So, I drove across town because I knew I wouldn't be disappointed there. Thank you for being there.”

With the numerous things I have had them fix on my car they are always good at explaining my options upfront and giving me an estimate of cost before hand. If you are looking for a local shop that will listen to you, not try and sell you stuff you don't need, and has reasonable labor costs I highly recommend Fairway Auto Care Center.”
“Absolutely first rate experience with Kevin and Dave. They fixed my Toyota but diagnosed it first and sent a digital report to show me what needed repairing. The repair cost was fair, the quality was great and they have earned my trust. I had taken this car to three different Cedar Rapids shops the previous week to have them diagnose the vehicle, (rather like a mystery shopper experience), each shop came up with nonsense repair estimate needs, from requiring a new brake master cylinder and possible ABS unit for $2,000, and another shop telling me I need a new head gasket "so sell the car or it may cost about $4,500". There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or head gasket. I have mechanical knowledge and knew these shops mis diagnosed. What a shame. Anyway, Kevin and Dave, were straight shooters, diagnosed exactly what was necessary and charged accordingly. My Toyota is running great and I am very appreciative. Thank you very much.”

“Bought a used car for our daughter who had wrecked her car in an accident. discovered on the drive home that it had an issue with the HVAC system. We live 3.5 hours away and had gotten car for our daughter that lives 12 hours away. The service department was very helpful to get the car in the shop and get it fixed in an expedited manner so we could get it to her as quickly as possible. Also did a couple of maintenance items for us at no charge and that I appreciated very much.”

Then yesterday, I had a nail in my tire and I went in to see if they could help me repair it. Because I'd bought the tire there previously the repair was only $10. Did some aftermarket upgrades to my car by putting on a custom exhaust with tips, installing pink under-Glow lighting, pink fog lights, installing the vinyl strips, and the best and affordable detailing of my vehicle where the inside shined way longer than I expected! . They determine I needed a valve adjustment to resolve that issue and pointed out and explained a oil leak due to a solenoid that was less expensive to replace at the same time. They were very knowledgeable about the problems and noise our car was making, fast at getting it done ,loaned us a car till ours was done which was a nice touch beings we didn't have an extra vehicle or someone to pick us up. If I could I'd give it more than a 5. Car rides and sounds like new.”
