Arlene was recommended by our realtor in Oregon. We didn't know anything about the area but knew it was going to be our new home. Arlene not only served as an ambassador for the area but she worked with us from 2000 miles away in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident in finding our new home. She worked with our family including my parents! She was able to represent and serve us while also working with a For Sale By Owner which took a great deal of work and expertise on the part of Arlene. She is kind, compassionate and competent.

Arlene is fantastic! She was a rock throughout the entire process for us. We had a lot of roadblocks along the way, but Arlene was on our side, and saw us through to buying our first home.
