“Living at the reserve has been great. The rent is affordable especially with utilities included. Haven’t had many issues with noise in my building and all of my neighbors are very kind. The location is also nice because of how close it is to campus and restaurants.”

“Kirkwood Village has been an amazing place to live the past 2 years. The staff is wonderful and is willing to help anyone at any point in time and they treat us like we’re one of their own. They do so many things for us students like making a meal during finals week or helping us with living arrangements for the following year. Kirkwood Village is also very close to campus so you can walk to class whenever.”

“We just moved in about two weeks ago. So far we have absolutely been loving our new apartment. We love the trees and the surrounding lake/river/parks/boat homes. Can't wait to see the surrounding area in Autumn. Chelsea in the office has been very accommodating to our needs and our wants and was prompt with questions and inquiries. Building we live in is very pet friendly and our neighbors welcomed us which was very nice. Felt like a community. Definitely would recommend moving here! I hope we continue to love living at Windsor!”
“It would be a 5 if we didn’t have to deal with the upstairs neighbor who likes to let her dog pee in front of the stairs on the sidewalk that happens to be in front of my door. As well as the same neighbors that love to leave trash all over outside. Otherwise, I love it here!”
