“Nice office staff. Maintenance is on point. We've lived here 3 years and have no plans on moving. In fact, my daughter and grandkids moved into them as well. Only down fall, the kids park is TERRIBLE. It really needs torn down and rebuilt to accommodate all ages.”
“Living at the reserve has been great. The rent is affordable especially with utilities included. Haven’t had many issues with noise in my building and all of my neighbors are very kind. The location is also nice because of how close it is to campus and restaurants.”
“valley view I've lived here for 16 years now and it is a wonderful place to live it is clean and very decent and peaceful the staff is very respectful and maintenance is done very quickly over the years things have changed with different staff coming in over the years it happens people move on but it's gotten better over the years currently it's at the best with everything this past couple of years been very peaceful very happy with this place and it's a great neighborhood”
“It’s really a good place to live, because it’s secure and there are a lot of advantages; we don’t pay for water, electricity, internet…
We here are the place where you can tell stories to live in the future.”
“I recently received the final statement for my daughter’s apartment after she moved out. At first, I was upset because she and her roommates assured me they had cleaned thoroughly and followed the move-out checklist. So, when the statement arrived showing charges and an amount I owed, I immediately sent a dispute with not so nice of language. I was upset.
To my surprise, a few days later, I received a response with photos and itemized bills detailing everything I was charged for. I was shocked! It turns out my daughter and her roommates hadn’t done nearly as good of a job as they thought. The pictures made it very clear that the apartment was not left in acceptable condition.
For those frustrated about not getting their deposit back at Kirkwood Village, I can’t stress this enough—make sure the cleaning checklist is followed to the letter. Double-check your kids' work, because sometimes they think they’ve done enough, but clearly, that’s not always the case. I appreciate the management’s thoroughness and quick response to my concerns.”
“My daughter moved here less than a month ago and I’m happy she chose this place. It’s located in a beautiful area and her apartment is gorgeous. New paint and nice carpet. The elevator made move in easier than anticipated. I toured this place two years ago but ended up going with a new build but I can say that this place is at the top of my list when I move in a year or so. I haven’t met everyone but I know my daughter has been helped by McKenzie, Chloe, Devon, and Jasmine through the move.
I hate reading the bad reviews of Windsor because the place is not brand new. These guys do a fantastic job with the tools they have. People also need to remember that the range of options here is plentiful. If you apply for a $600/month apartment, that’s what you get. If you apply for a $1500/month apartment, that’s what you get. Every unit may not be perfect but coming from a prior maintenance manager myself, it takes a village to upkeep such a large and beautiful community. Great work!”
“On 7/18/24 Sam the new maintenance man was very concerned about the condition of my apartment, he treated me truly like family and was concerned about my babies safety and wellbeing, he went so far as to take notes of what he saw and went and got the head property manager Zack and showed him the condition of my apartment and what other maintenance men looked over and did not fix nor have any concerns about. Also he is a military man as well and I know a true military man will not let his family nor anyone else family live in unsafe conditions. I now pray that he does not change the way he is or how he treats others, true meaning of concerned citizens and man for someone else family ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
