It was horrible. Customer service is awful. The reps can never understand me and I can never understand them. I had orders that were cancelled due to the reps mistake. Literally would NEVER recommend this company, especially since working with my new company has been SO easy and smooth.

Most unethical company I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. They quite literally will sign you up for programs without consent and then refuse to let you quit them. Stay far far away from this trash company. All calls go to India and you can't understand a dang word. I wish I could give negative stars

Charging $3.57/gallon when Linn Coop is currently charging $1.55/gallon. Planning to switch because of that. One service representative said they would not credit me for propane left in the tank when they picked up their old tank, the representative said that they would credit me back for the propane left in the tank. Website allows you to sign-up for automatic deliveries, but you have to call if you want to change your settings back to will call deliveries. This is the first review I've ever left. Very disappointed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT EVEN IN THE INITED STATES!! Funny how when I make a call as a new customer I get someone local and they make a deal of getting you started but after that it is a call center in the Philippines and the promises get dropped and no one calls back, Pisa poor customer service and follow through! Very frustrating website to make any order!

New customer in June 2022 then in August I decide to change companies. Called Amerigas a few times every month since September about removing the tank. Every time they say someone will contact me nothing happens. Were supposed to pick it up November 1 and said someone needed to be there. Nothing. Last call they said someone would call in 24-48 hours still nothing. Just tried to call them again and no one answered the phone. Not my fault they may be short help or whatever other excuse they can come up with. One day I asked does it always take this long and the rep said it usually takes 6 months like when it was only 4 months. I wonder if they rush out to check to fill. Previous owners did say that they had requested it be painted and nothing. It is killing my grass and I need to plant a garden where it is sitting. Absolutely ridiculous!!

You do well at keeping my tanks full. The driver is very customer oriented. But Why when we have two tanks do you not fill both of them and will not give the discretion to make a simple decision. When he calls into the office to get permission he's told the computers are down. How convenient.

I have been a customer of Amerigas for more than 10 years. The employees are super and willing to help. Doing business with Amerigas in Cedar Rapids is like visiting old friends you know like feeling comfortable with employees.Once and only once because they were closed I went to a competitor to get LP and that place treated like Krap. I highly recommend Amerigas.
