Very friendly and helpful staff. I lost a frost plug and all the coolant leaked out. They were able to get my car in for service in a timely manner and made the repair quickly at a reasonable cost. The mechanics are knowledgeable and I would recommend this shop for any repairs.

I cannot speak highly enough about this business. We have been down and out with really terrible luck. Our normal shop is great but always takes forever to get in and get done. I called on Monday and was able to get my car looked at on Wednesday (today), and Gavin called me promptly after the service, explained thoroughly what I needed done, and asked "If it was your perfect world when would you like this car back?" I said Friday but I understand that's a huge ask. It is now 4 1/2 hours later, my car is done. To say I am shocked is an absolute understatement. They have earned a new customer. Thank you Al's and Gavin!!

SUCH friendly service. I accidentally called another location that I thought was Al's and still made time for me to get my jeep serviced. Quick, efficient and great cost. A happy accident turned into continuing my service at Al's.
