AAA screwed me over last summer by making me wait for 4 hours before I called a different towing company. Then I had a problem last week. Not only did they want more money to renew my membership. But the wanted to charge me an extra $60. Never again

There's a lot of dog poop on this AAA lawn. AAA hasn't noticed it yet or done anything about it. I'm thinking about calling the city. The dog poop comes from several places....namely 1610 Park Towne Ln NE #12, which has 3 dogs and several cats.

I didn't realize the travel agent services were free! They were so helpful fielding my questions. I can't wait to have them help me plan my next trip....weather it's a small walking tour in the states or big trip to Europe!

I am very disappointed in Triple AAA. I have been a member off and on for the last 5 years or so. I recently received a letter stating they selected to non-renew my membership. I have received vague responses as to why, they won't respond to phone calls, tweets or FB posts or any direct messages. I spoke to 2 reps from the escalation teams. With no use of abusive language or nasty comments, one rep still threatened to hang up on me simply because he couldn't directly answer my questions and kept giving me the run around. They stated they don't have to give me a reason for canceling my membership. The letter says it was due to disproportionate services and yet no one can explain what exactly it means nor can they tell me how it is the case with regard to my specific membership. Apparently Triple AAA is doing well enough they don't need to keep their members and cancels them whenever they feel like with no rhyme or reason.
