Absolutely the worst. I get an email saying that the flowers are on the way to my cousin and then three hours later. I get an email saying they are not. And that they will refund me. Well, that was a week and a half ago and I've yet to receive, a refund $67. Not to mention my cousin never got flowers for her birthday.

We went in looking for a bouquet for a goth teen, and Janet absolutely bent over backwards to create a beautiful, spooky bouquet, perfect for the occasion. We absolutely couldn't be more appreciative of them helping with such an odd request!

Erica was was very helpful in getting us last-minute flowers delivered to our niece for her college graduation, it was so appreciative that she went out of her way to figure out how we could get them delivered today and took care of it the same day and might I add it was the end of the workday as well on a holiday weekend!! thanks Erica
