Just had to pick something up at the Pharmacy, and Christina was amazing! Great customer service, and she has amazing multitasking skills as she was on the while taking care of my needs as a customer. Thank you Christina! Don’t sleep on this location, it’s one of my favorite Walgreens in Cedar Falls!

Staff are all very friendly and helpful if there in person. Staff is hurried on the phone. My issue was the obstacles they put in place that made it harder for me to stay on my medication, which treats multiple dx’es including agoraphobia & severe social anxiety that impacts my ability to initiate phone calls.
They wanted clarification on my prescription for multiple months in a row, but rather than contacting my doctor, they just…wouldn’t fill my meds until I called. This is irritating because I have pretty bad phone anxiety and also I’M NOT THE PRESCRIBER. So I went without my meds for two months before I could call, and they asked me about one of my two prescriptions I was supposed to call about. Keep in mind the online portal does not say WHY you have to call. The person on the phone was in a hurry, spoke to me in pharmacy jargon I didn’t understand, and then hung up before I knew what was going on or could ask for clarification. Now my prescription is a quarter of the strength it’s supposed to be and they canceled the other without asking me or my doctor.
These are things that could be worked out if they would just call my provider. I felt like they were making value judgments on my prescription and adjusting it without talking to my doctor on purpose. I’ve since decided to just stop taking my medication because I can’t find a pharmacy that will just dispense the gd prescription without making me jump through additional hoops every month.

Thanks for the dead flowers on Valentines Day.. Even if you order them a week in advance somehow you still won’t get what you ordered and you’ll get tacky almost dead random flowers.

Had a pharmacy tech tell me that if I needed to purchase additional supplies I would be inconveniencing the pharmacy and cause them to be short on supplies. I was needing to purchase these supplies due to travel in addition to the regular supplies already covered by insurance. She then told me that if I were to get additional supplies she wouldn’t allow me to use my insurance on the covered portion. She questioned if I could afford the cost out of pocket and even questioned if I was traveling and using my supplies appropriately. She then decided she didn’t want to help me anymore and put me on hold. Thankfully the pharmacist was the next person to pick up the phone and we had the issue resolved within a matter of minutes. It’s a shame that when someone needs to spend $1000 on supplies that are life saving that a pharmacy tech questions if you actually need them or not.

Just stopped to get my vitamins because my husband told me they have BOGOs sometimes. Well the offers for BOGOs were there,, but the staff couldnt get them to ring up that way. I tried going through the checkout twice, with a different Checker each time. The 2nd time the checkout person said she would send someone to help me, since she couldn't get it to work. (Someone to help me select the right ones.) She didn't send anyone. Wasted alot of time paying games and standing around. No thanks.

My preferred pharmacy for years and years. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable, always incredibly patient. I needed antibiotics for my toddler during the shortage and they bent over backwards to find what we needed, had it delivered to them, called me the second they had it, and waited to close until I could get there. Totally above and beyond.

Nicer than the neighboring CVS but still as pricey. Went to get a can of pop and looking at the prices of soda's I definitely know I can get the stuff for 25% less at the next door gas station or neighboring Fareway.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had! They act like you are bothering them when you ask to have something filled or have a question. They are also extremely rude in person and on the phone. I called them 24 HOURS before I needed to pick up a prescription and their response was, “We will see what we can do but, can’t promise anything.” Most of the time I try to get something filled it is delayed because they are out of stock. It is extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Being in healthcare myself I can’t imagine treating a customer/patient so horribly!

Absolute worst pharmacy period. Rude workers and expect to wait, regardless of a message saying the prescription is ready. Today it was in the safe and they needed an additional 20 mins to round it up, that’s after the 15 mins in line. So back I go! Place is a joke.

Genuinely experienced the worst customer service here by an older employee with whiteish blond hair. I was walking through the aisles after picking up my product while talking to my sister on the phone when she waved to get my attetion and reprimanded me in the middle of the store for broadcasting my conversation to the only other person in the store: her. She unpolitely enformed me that she could in fact hear every word of my conversation and when I assured her it wasn't private and didn't bother me if she heard what I was saying, she was quick to make sure I knew that it bothered her. After being thoroughly humilated I immediately put down my item and walked out, feeling as though I could not give them my services after the way she had spoken to me. Overall very rude and inconsiderate.

People are nice but hours are not flexible enough, including the lunch break. Too many times of partial fillings, etc...
