We love Von Maur! I love all locations, but the Cedar Falls, Iowa location is my most visited & the absolute superb customer service is amazing! I ordered a different size while at the store Friday, received the order by Tuesday & a hand written note, Thank you!

In 2024, only paying its employees $12 per hour plus 1% commission, and they're this expensive? Primarily made in China clothing. Selection is extremely poor compared to what it used to be.

This is a fantastic store. The prices are high but you are paying for quality. Though the mall itself Is pretty empty inside. This store is fabulous. The staff was very helpful. I would shop here again.

I like this store. The employees are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are a bit higher than expected but the choice of high quality goods are quite large. Also, if you are patient, shopping the sale racks can yield some excellent bargains.

My spouse loves Von Maur in Cedar Falls. It has every thing you are looking for in department store. This one of the last store of it's kind in the Cedar Valley. Nice clothing and shoes at reasonable prices. Please stop in and support this business so we can keep it in our community.

Always a pleasure shopping here for a wide variety of clothing shoes and gift ideas. Free gift wrapping is a plus! Salespeople are very helpful.

Von Maur was fine. Great service as usual. Locating it was time consuming. But worth it.The round abouts or whatever were ridiculous. Need better signage. I know the construction was expensive....All worked out. I did not stay in area for 2 reasons. My schedule today and the roads. There is a learning curve. I do intend to try it again.

The store has a nice layout and a decent selection of clothes, accessories, and more. Staff is helpful if you ask for help.
